Kath was so lovely, she FIXED my hair!! Had a bad cut from elsewhere and was feeling really bad about my hair. Kath really listened to me and asked questions to figure out what we wanted to do with it. Also lovely friendly chat, overall a great hair experience, will be back for my next haircut 100%! Would really recommend her!!

Charlotte was a great help in helping me understand the technique and what my expectations were going to be to achieve a grey blended look.
We chatted a lot throughout the process and was extremely happy with what we achieved in at our first try. Thank you ☺️

I had my first colour and cut with Sarah yesterday and my hair has not felt so healthy and shiny since I was younger. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, I feel like Sarah really listened to me about what colour I wanted my hair to be and concerns about the condition of my hair. I’m over the moon with the results and booked my next appointment straight away.
I also really like the atmosphere in the salon, very chilled and friendly so full points all around.

Jess is very professional in her work. I explained the issues I was having with my scalp. She took the time to advise the best options. I always find her very helpful and friendly. Pleased with the result of my hair as always.

As always the service focuses on the customer. Andrew is an excellent stylist.

I have been getting my hair cut with Craig for years, he is an exceptional stylist who always cuts my hair perfectly. My hair is fine and many hairdressers have refused to layer to style my hair but Craig cuts it with layers and my hair looks healthier.

As a previous client of Kath, I know she's a wonderful stylist. She listens to what you want and works with you to achieve a beautiful outcome. The salon is a lovely warm setting, calm and collected. Massage chairs are a treat. Cannot wait to get my colour done!

Fantastic service throughout, made to feel very welcome whilst waiting, the staff are all very friendly and put you at ease. Sarah is a fabulous stylist and really has a magic touch. The colour is amazing, as is the cut and finish. A really impressive service start to finish and conveniently located in the Lace Market with excellent transport and parking facilities close by.

Roots looks great and toner a lovely natural colour. Happy with the results.

Craig was really easy to work with, he gave me suggestions and explained at every point why things would or wouldn't work and was always checking in to make sure I was happy, had a really relaxed and comfortable chat throughout the process, and I'm really happy with the results, the colouring / balayage is really subtle in the best way and looks really natural, exactly what I wanted

Had the first haircut in a long long long time (years) that is perfect for me. I’ve probably been through 4 stylists at senior/director level since I’ve had a cut that works for my hair type. Lovely lady too, think I’ve found the stylist to stay with! Great warm and friendly service all round from reception to end. I’d been used to dying my own hair for the last few years due to cost but prices are also reasonable so I’ll be getting it coloured in the salon next time. I really appreciate your work!
