I just love Michelle, she always manages to make my hair look fab (and my hair is usually far from fab) and exactly what I want! Would highly recommend!

I visited for a skin test yesterday evening in preparation for my appointment at a later date.
The receptionist was so lovely and accommodating - she even came out to me to carry out the skin test as I was struggling for parking, great service :)

Emily was lovely. My ‘lockdown’ hair was more than horrendous. The outcome was amazing! I had been nervous that there was no way to rectify or improve my awful attempt at home colour but she took it really seriously and came up with a correction plan. You just know you’re going to look your best.

Amber was so kind and lovely, she did exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. I’ve never had a hairdresser lift my hair so light and not damage it, she is very talented!

I don't like leaving negative reviews but as you have asked me I will be honest. I had a root colour which was fine and a colour mask on the ends which made no difference at all. It wasn't rinsed out properly and I had to ask the shampooist to rinse it again. I came home with a dark ring all round my hairline which only came off with nail varnish remover. I was rather shocked that I was charged the eye watering price of £105! I would like an itemised bill next time please!

As always I enjoyed my session at KHHair and the staff are all doing the right things to ensure they and clients remain safe under such difficult circumstances. Steve does my hair and does such a good job with calmness and efficiency and it is all round a pleasant experience. Roll on the vaccine when maybe it will help reduce the transmission of this awful virus. Happy Christmas to you all. Deirdre

Lovely hour spent rejuvenating and getting ready for Christmas, whatever that really looks like. So great that the salon is back up and running just now. The team have managed superbly with all that 2020 has thrown at us.
