I enjoyed my visit as always, nicely shaped hsircut, Aluce styled my hair differently which I absolutely love. We also discussed hair colour for future.

Mitch was brilliant with my daughter, he listened to what she asked for carefully and gave her a perfect cut! She couldn’t be happier!

After having a good colour consultation I felt confident that I was going to get the blonde tones I asked for but it was much lighter and far less warm tones than I was lead to believe would be in the result. After discussing my cut, style and fringe/ bangs and showing Mitch a photo of the desired result, he cut my hair, the length was fine, nice view from the back but I lost my longer sloping fringe even though when he first started to cut the front I reminded him that not to cut my fringe any shorter. Mitch was very pleasant, happy and attentive but unfortunately he failed to really listen to me as the result shows and I left the salon very upset.

After a long, four hour session I couldn’t be happier with my hair. From the second I walked in to walking out, everyone was kind and welcoming. You can really tell they all want you to have a successful treatment and time in their salon
