First time appointment at Hairven with Deborah. Obviously very experienced and I felt in good hands. Beautiful colour and cut. Overall great experience and lovely friendly stylist. Very pleased I tried this salon and look forward to next visit.

Went from bad to worse. Keratin treatment - Woman had a very bad attitude, I could still feel my hair was damp underneath before starting the keratin and when i approached her on it she blankly and argumentatively said it is not, errm it's my head?!! To name a few, but we'd be here all day. I paid alot of money for what is supposed to last 2-3 months and after the first wash it's already frizzing and not smooth at all. Infuriating. Upon leaving after paying she didn't say goodbye just gave me a look!

My hair was cut and coloured by Debra, she is totally awesome and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I feel that she really listened to what I wanted and followed through. My hair is exactly how I imagined and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Have been coming to this salon for many years.only keep returning because of the trust in my stylist Nikki. Prices have become extremely expensive £35 for a dry cut why?

Nikki always cuts and colours my hair beautifully. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere I have been a customer for well over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m loving my new bob look and Mitch put it back in shape for me! My colour is also fab - back to beautiful blonde with a hint of pink. Amazing!

The staff are so lovely & friendly. They really listen, meaning they understand what you want. I had a vague idea of what I wanted but the final result was beyond anything I could have imagined. I absolutely love my hair & enjoyed my appointment.

My usual hairdresser Debs wasn’t available to style my hair today so was a little apprehensive as booked in with someone I wasn’t familiar with Ben.
I needn’t have worried he was very polite and made me feel at ease straightaway.
He did exactly what I asked and gave me some useful styling advice. I left the salon very happy with the outcome.

Debra is a true artist. Despite my age, I always walk out of the salon feeling like a glamorous princess. Her cut and colour are second to none, and I am regularly being complemented about my hair. She is an absolute treasure and a real credit to Hairven.

I decided to have a consultation with Mitch to discuss colours & styling. Mitch understood what I was asking & also made some suggestions. I booked in & I cannot fault Mitch, the colour was fantastic just what I needed, the style was perfect & Mitch showed me & explained how I should style my hair. I could not fault the professionalism & knowledge Mitch showed, he certainly knew his stuff. I would definitely recommend Hairven & Mitch.
