I had a lovely experience, Jess totally transformed my hair, she was very attentive always checked I was okay, i went from blonde to brown I did want to see more caramels however as explained it's a process, I'm very happy with my outcome, and already booked in again, for a first time being their I'll definitely recommend

Have a weekly appointment - usually with Georgia. We have a good rapporte and I am very happy with how she does my hair. If I wasn't, then I wouldn't continue to see her ! Will not be sending any more reviews, as they are not necessary.

I have an appointment virtually every week. Am always greeted in a friendly manner, and made to feel welcome. Georgia usually does my hair and we get on very well. I enjoy our sessions. If I wasn't happy then I could have the option to change stylist or stop going to the salon. As I go so often. I don't need to receive one of these requests every time!

Ive been to Creame salon today and had a Swedish massage pamper,Victoria was great!
Asking if pressure was ok for me and if i was warm enough?
all theses little things matter so you enjoy the experience.
Victoria also took her time i didnt feel rushed out of the room or that she was watching the clock like most salons do now days.
Enjoyed a glass of water after and went down to reception Victoria also asked if i would like to book again👍🏻 she explained what other treatments the salon did in detail very good knowledge. Cant wait for hot stone massage..thank you for a great experience today victoria see you soon.
