Ava was amazing. She put me at ease and listened to my requests. A good result with my sparse brows.

Was not a very good listener. Too busy talking with friends and laughing and joking. I regretted giving her a tip when I got home and saw the result especially at the back. I had been scalped. She never showed me the back nor brushed the hair out where she had used the thinning scissors

I have been having my hair highlighted for many years and have always walked out the salon disappointed that the stylist has basically done what they think is best for me and not what I actually wanted.
Jessie is the first stylist that listens and takes the time to ask questions in order to achieve the perfect colour. Jessie really has a talent for colouring and would recommend her to anyone. She’s also really lovely!

For my daughter’s 18th birthday, she had the most beautiful golden balayage highlights, and we honestly could not be happier with the results ✨💛 It was everything we hoped for and more.
Jess, her hairdresser, is absolutely amazing. She is so talented, patient, and attentive. Georgia also shared her exceptional knowledge of hair colour, explaining exactly which shades would suit my daughter best, how colours can be smudged for a stunning contrast, and what would enhance her overall look. Both Jess and Georgia clearly have excellent expertise, offer great advice, and most importantly show true passion for what they do.
We had such a lovely time with them, enjoyed great coffee and Biscoff, and felt genuinely welcomed from start to finish. The entire experience was relaxing, special, and perfectly suited for such an important milestone birthday.
