Georgia is always polite and makes you feel comfortable whilst having your hair cut as well as being knowledgable about hair styles and products.
All staff are always very welcoming when you enter the salon! . Highly recommend.

First time here to have my hair cut and blow-dried. I was made to feel very welcomed by Georgia who took her time giving me a pre hair cut consultation. Very pleased with the result, Georgia is a talented hairdresser.

I have an appointment virtually every week. Am always greeted in a friendly manner, and made to feel welcome. Georgia usually does my hair and we get on very well. I enjoy our sessions. If I wasn't happy then I could have the option to change stylist or stop going to the salon. As I go so often. I don't need to receive one of these requests every time!

Ive been to Creame salon today and had a Swedish massage pamper,Victoria was great!
Asking if pressure was ok for me and if i was warm enough?
all theses little things matter so you enjoy the experience.
Victoria also took her time i didnt feel rushed out of the room or that she was watching the clock like most salons do now days.
Enjoyed a glass of water after and went down to reception Victoria also asked if i would like to book again👍🏻 she explained what other treatments the salon did in detail very good knowledge. Cant wait for hot stone massage..thank you for a great experience today victoria see you soon.

Thanks Georgia. Went to my appt absolutely clueless what I wanted and stuck for ideas of how to style it at home. Georgia provided lots of ideas and tips and I’ve left very happy with my new hair.

Rang at the last minute for an appointment to have eyelash tint and eyebrow tint and shape. The ladies fited me and Victoria did an excellent job. Lovely environment, really friendly and relaxed and then Anita fitted me in for a dry trim. Again really friendly and she even shared some tricks for drying my hair to make it look great everyday.
A superb service, would highly recommend Creame for both beauty and hair treatments

Jess was very particular and careful when it came to both choosing highlight colours and also the cut. She took her time, asked questions and ensured I was happy with things at each stage. She was happy to seek reassurance from a colleague when in doubt. The result was really great and I would recommend her as a very capable and competent hairdresser who behaves in a really professional manner. Thank you Jess x

I have been coming to Creame since October 2022. Having lost all my hair during cancer treatment, when it started to grow back I was at a loss as to what to do. Lorna has been amazing I now have so much more confidence and i love my hair as it finally takes a shape and a style which is me!! Thank you to all at Creame and especially Lorna. Xx
