I was very impressed with the cut I recently had at Toni & Guy. Having not had a cut for approx 8months I needed a good amount cutting off and Olivia and Chloe talked this through with me. The treatments and product range were all explained thoroughly to me and I can only express my disappointment at the lack of stock available for purchase as I would have liked to have bought some. Olivia and Chloe were professional, friendly and kind. I can honestly say I've never been happier with a hair cut and style and with the clear explanation of all the products and styling tips given.

Emily was really friendly and open and listened to what I wanted. My hair was particularly long and needed a good amount off and I am so.please with what I left with as it has gone wrong in other salons in the past. Have booked back in for 8 weeks and I don't always feel like I want to do that.

Before my cut, Olivia, washed my hair with shampoo and conditioner, she was very calm and confident in the process and made me feel very relaxed! The conditioning stood out for me as it was smoothly rubbed in to my scalp, good experience.

I’ve been having my hair cut with Jim for over a year and having had cut after cut that I feel happy with, Ive grown the confidence to go shorter each time resulting in my current asymmetric pixie-esque do.
