I arrived, exhausted, fresh from the duties of caring for a terminally ill parent. Tanya smiled at me, made me lay down and then, with hands made of magic, soothed me back into shape. My face is glowing and my shoulders are back where they belong; no longer being worn as earrings. Her calm, professional manner gave me confidence and made me want to return.
