I had to find a new beautician in Newark and it was not easy - however, today Amelia did a fantastic job so my search is over!
The salon is gorgeous has a lovely calm feel when u walk in the door. The service and the end result where fantastic, couldn't be happier with the difference in my brow lamination and colour.
Elina was lovely and did a fantastic job of my brows and lash tint. Despite brows and lashes not being the most relaxing of treatments, the salon is so calming and the music so soothing I felt like I could have fallen asleep.
I look forward to getting my nails done. My nails are always perfect and I laugh until I cry with Elina. She is fantastic fun and it brightens my day.

I absolutely love booking my treatments with Ellie! It was time for my Hollywood wax, and even though it’s such an intimate treatment, Ellie has a way of making the whole experience feel completely natural, relaxed, and comfortable.
You are made to feel welcome, comfortable whilst enjoying a cup of tea. Everything is all clean and the girls are lovely to chat to. Love the choice of nail colours.

Plesent surroundings booked in for a brow lamination and wax. Unfortunately for myself I was under the illusion that the lamination process I would have eyebrows that stood to attention, giving me the appearance of fuller bows. Unfortunately that didn't happen. My brows didnt look any different from when I walked in. I did go back they advised I purchased the gel and wax to spike them up and hold in place. Which kind of defeats the reason why I wanted laminated brows in the first place. Lovely staff just extremely disappointed with the end result. Make sure you explain exactly how you want your brow to end up.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear you weren’t fully satisfied with your brow lamination on this occasion. Ellie did check with you throughout the treatment and wasn’t made aware you were unhappy at the time – the only point raised afterwards was a little extra tint needed on the tails, which was addressed. You asked if they could be more upright but unfortunately as you hadn’t asked this at the time of the initial treatment we couldn’t then relaminate as it would likely cause damage. Therefore Ellie recommended a popular brow glue often used to maintain the look between appointments.
We always provide full aftercare advice and recommend products to help care for the hairs and maintain the finished look at home, though there is never any obligation to purchase and no products were bought by yourself on this occasion. As the lamination can’t safely be repeated within 8 weeks, we’d really like to offer you a complimentary hybrid brow appointment.
We’ll also email you directly to arrange this, as we’d love the chance to make things right for you.

Absolutely love visiting this beauty salon. The girls are all super friendly and welcoming. The standards are way higher than any other beauty salon in Newark. Gorgeous decor and really comfortable. They offer not only quality treatments but also affordable prices. Also the million dollar range is so good, I’ve switched over to it after using the same brand for over 30 years ! I’m looking forward to my next appointment in two weeks!
