Excellent customer care, questions about preferences for style and colour though I’m a regular customer. Only 2 staff but phones answered promptly, interruptions to my hairdo while dealing with phones, queries etc kept shory with apology for interruption

Ashleigh did not rush me when I was deciding about the cut and gave me good advice. My hair was very natural looking after styling, which is how I like it.

I have been having problems with my colour mainly due to the fact that I am getting older! Maxine listened and advised. I left the salon happy.
