I had Charlie colour and Holly cut today. Both excellent. I was abit meh when went in but Charlie suggested a colour and it's come out fab. Holly listened to how I wanted it cut and did it perfect.

Good consultation, colour and cut. Nice atmosphere as usual.

Charlie was great, it was my first hairdressing appointment with KH after moving to the area. I really appreciated everything she did, the hair wash and cut were lovely and the spray at the end with the perfume was a nice change! Very pleased with my hair cut today. Only my 2nd cut with Michelle but she already knows my hair very well! She listens carefully to how I want my hair and also makes positive suggestions.

Once again excellent from Kayleigh. She always does a wonderful job. If I could give some constructive criticism I realise the young person who washed my hair is new but she needs to use more pressure all over the head. I could hardly feel her hands and felt she was almost frightened to touch my hair. She needs to thoroughly wash all shampoo out too. The wash and condition was very disappointing this time.

Hannah is so good with little ones making them feel comfortable & listened to. The whole experience was a delight.
