Cut my daughters hair. Very professional and friendly. Charlie listened to my daughter and made some suggestions... daughter very very happy with her new haircut and whole experience.

Wonderful experience in the Keith Halls salon Beeston . The staff are extremely professional. Listen to what you want , you are conversed with all the way through your visit . The salon has a relaxing atmosphere. It was my first visit but I felt like I’d been there many times . I am so happy with the whole visit that I have booked in advance my next visits . Truly a well run salon

Came for my dry trim with Hannah today, fabulous as always, Hannah really listens to how I would like my hair, she is kind and gentle. I am always exceptionally pleased with the end result, whether for a trim or a colour. I would highly recommend this salon as all the staff are very personable.

I have absolutely no complaints about my colour or cut . Amy was excellent as always . What am appalled by was the lack of heating in the salon . The heating has been defective for a number of weeks and no apparent effort is been made to rectify this. Expecting clients put up with this is bad enough but what is worse is expecting staff to work in these conditions and still deliver on excellent service .

I really enjoy going to have my hair done by Gareth . It’s always a lovely cut and blow dry . Most importantly is the ease of being able to have a chat and the salon ambiance today . Thankyou

I’m not sure what happened with my appointment - I agreed to have colour booked with Kayleigh, cut with Charlie, then mid way through the appointment was told that I wasn’t actually booked in for a cut. The person blowdrying my hair said she could do it though. She was lovely and I appreciate her stepping in.

However, the whole experience felt as if everyone thought I was someone else’s client. Although the hairdresser was nice during the process, she didn’t introduce herself and there was no real consultation about the colour before starting - only that I was having half a head of highlights. I think the hairdresser (Kayleigh?) checked with Charlie but that was odd as I never ended up seeing Charlie, and haven’t had hair coloured by Charlie for over a year anyway. Midway through the colour process the hairdresser started suggesting other options for the colour but this was frustrating as it was after she’d already started, and there was no suggestion we could change at that point. I was then left with colour on without anyone checking for 50 mins, not the 30 that she said. Also a small thing but I noticed other clients were given mince pies with their drinks - I wasn’t. And the cut seems fine, but the curls have already completely dropped. No one checked in at the end about the colour.

All in all not the best experience!

I absolutely love this salon. They’re always honest about what we can realistically achieve with my hair, which I really appreciate. Every time I leave, my hair looks incredibly healthy, glossy, and shiny. The whole team is so polite, welcoming, and genuinely lovely — it’s always a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I book Michelle because she knows my hair, she noticed how dry it was, recommended a shampoo, conditioner and hair oil. Michelle advised to not use what I had been using. Since I started using Sebastian products my hair is slowly becoming not so dry, what Michelle recommended I buy is definitely
working. Thank you
