lovely hair as usual but I must comment on the cleanness of the salon. I have come to Keith Hall’s for years and must say standards have dropped just look in the nooks and floors. Not good I think a cleaner is needed !!!! not young staff training .

Once again Gareth gave me a great cut, this time making a suggestion as to a minor change to my usual which has worked out really well.

Holly did a fantastic job today at washing and cutting my curly hair making the whole experience relaxing and pleasant. She offered a head massage whilst washing. A lovely cup of tea including my own tea pot and Biscoff Biscuits. Very polite a good mix of making conversation and times of quiet. She also offered advice on how often I should wash my hair when I asked and understood when at the beginning consultation I said my hair was getting knotty.

Charlie was amazing as always! Every visit is such a lovely experience. I always leave feeling so pleased with my hair. Even if I’m thinking of trying something new, Charlie gives the best advise, pays so much attention to detail and shows genuine care. It’s always lovely catching up as well! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend :)

I got a wash, cut and blow dry by the stylist who did a great job. She listened to exactly what I wanted, adjusted it when I wanted it shorter and finished everything in under 45 minutes. I'm very eased with my new look and would highly recommend.

Not only was my hair cut brilliant as always but when I arrived after 4wks of upset due to bereavement they looked after me by putting me somewhere quiet and going out to get me a drink as the machine was broken… service above and beyond and an example of why I love going to them

I have had Sophie 3 times already and every time she’s done my hair the results always turn out better than expected. I always enjoy doing my hair with her. Today, she worked a miracle on my hair and changed my dark box dyed hair to shades lighter without a fuss. I love how it looks now. All I have to say is thank you thank you thank you so so much <3

I’ve been coming to Keith Hall Beeston for a few years now and Charlie always cuts and colours both mine and my daughter’s hair. Charlie always does a great job, she always gives me an honest opinion in regard to colour and style which I appreciate and she is never wrong!
