I’m not sure what happened with my appointment - I agreed to have colour booked with Kayleigh, cut with Charlie, then mid way through the appointment was told that I wasn’t actually booked in for a cut. The person blowdrying my hair said she could do it though. She was lovely and I appreciate her stepping in.

However, the whole experience felt as if everyone thought I was someone else’s client. Although the hairdresser was nice during the process, she didn’t introduce herself and there was no real consultation about the colour before starting - only that I was having half a head of highlights. I think the hairdresser (Kayleigh?) checked with Charlie but that was odd as I never ended up seeing Charlie, and haven’t had hair coloured by Charlie for over a year anyway. Midway through the colour process the hairdresser started suggesting other options for the colour but this was frustrating as it was after she’d already started, and there was no suggestion we could change at that point. I was then left with colour on without anyone checking for 50 mins, not the 30 that she said. Also a small thing but I noticed other clients were given mince pies with their drinks - I wasn’t. And the cut seems fine, but the curls have already completely dropped. No one checked in at the end about the colour.

All in all not the best experience!

I absolutely love this salon. They’re always honest about what we can realistically achieve with my hair, which I really appreciate. Every time I leave, my hair looks incredibly healthy, glossy, and shiny. The whole team is so polite, welcoming, and genuinely lovely — it’s always a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I book Michelle because she knows my hair, she noticed how dry it was, recommended a shampoo, conditioner and hair oil. Michelle advised to not use what I had been using. Since I started using Sebastian products my hair is slowly becoming not so dry, what Michelle recommended I buy is definitely
working. Thank you

Lovely cut and colour

Kayleigh did my colour& cut today and this was the first time she had done my hair. What a lovely young lady and my cut and colour is beautiful.

Fantastic cut and finish by Holly again, I actually live in Doncaster, but visit my daughter here. Had my hair cut by Holly on my last visit, and was so pleased had to come back. I would gladly travel from Doncaster every couple of months for Holly to cut my hair! I must also mention the reception staff who are also very friendly and helpful. A Great experience all round.

Phoebe was the stylist, and colourist. Not happy with the clolur of my hair or condition of it when I went to the salon. Phoebe was able to advise me on colour and conditioning treatments, and I am very happy with the results. I like how she styles my hair, as a older lady I like to keep a naturalish look and that has been acheived.

Michelle is in my option the best!! Love every hair style she has ever done on me.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and just got home after having colour, cut, blow dry, curl and head massage!
Yet again, Holly has worked her magic, so happy with my hair. Whole salon staff are lovely too, very friendly, professional and love looking at stylists at work and other clients hair. Trainee hairdressers lovely too.
