It was time for a bit of a drastic change to my previous style. Holly listened to my thoughts and gave me some excellent advice about which styles would be easier to maintain. I left the salon feeling fabulous with my new cut.

Holly has cut my hair several times and always does an excellent job. The salon is very relaxing and staff friendly.

First time at KH hair but I must admit I’m impressed as a disabled woman who is losing her hair. The stylist Amy went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to help me alleviate my stress and concerns this was my first time I met Amy today but it won’t be the last time !! I’m over the moon with my look thanks to Amy and all the team at KH hair

My hair was cut exactly as I asked and I am very happy with the results. Michelle is a great stylist, she has a lovely personality and, more importantly, I feel she really listened to what I wanted. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the salon from the moment I walked through the doors to a wonderful greeting by Sam at reception, to the moment I walked out on a cloud having enjoyed a relaxed and soothing experience.

It’s always such an enjoyable experience coming to have my hair cut. Amy is so attentive, knows what I like and always consults me on my preference. Excellent cut and colour always.

lovely hair as usual but I must comment on the cleanness of the salon. I have come to Keith Hall’s for years and must say standards have dropped just look in the nooks and floors. Not good I think a cleaner is needed !!!! not young staff training .

Once again Gareth gave me a great cut, this time making a suggestion as to a minor change to my usual which has worked out really well.

Holly did a fantastic job today at washing and cutting my curly hair making the whole experience relaxing and pleasant. She offered a head massage whilst washing. A lovely cup of tea including my own tea pot and Biscoff Biscuits. Very polite a good mix of making conversation and times of quiet. She also offered advice on how often I should wash my hair when I asked and understood when at the beginning consultation I said my hair was getting knotty.

Charlie was amazing as always! Every visit is such a lovely experience. I always leave feeling so pleased with my hair. Even if I’m thinking of trying something new, Charlie gives the best advise, pays so much attention to detail and shows genuine care. It’s always lovely catching up as well! I got a wash, cut and blow dry by the stylist who did a great job. She listened to exactly what I wanted, adjusted it when I wanted it shorter and finished everything in under 45 minutes. I'm very eased with my new look and would highly recommend.
