Lovely cut and colour

Always love my time in this salon. I’ve been Hannah’s client for many years now, sometimes venturing out to other salons but always returning, despite which I always feel very valued at KH Beeston. Her colours, cuts and attention to detail are a lot of what makes a visit so enjoyable, but there’s the added advantage of great conversations too. Wouldn’t now go anywhere else and would highly recommend Hannah as she’s so consistently professional, patient and kind.

I walked through the door and was met by lovely smiley receptionist who was kind and helpful. Then I was greeted by Phoebe who was also lovely and smiley and put me at ease. She listened to me and did exactly want I wanted. I felt I listened to and I'm extremely happy with Phoebe and I would highly recommend her. These two ladies are an asset to KH Beeston. I look forward to seeing Phoebe in the future.

We brought our grandson for the first time who is SEN and Hannah was super patient kind and respectful, he definatly wants to come back again, thank you.

Phoebe is lovely. I sometimes have social anxiety but she puts me at ease and makes the visit enjoyable.

Kayleigh was very helpful and explained to Bethan how to brush her hair effectively.

Initial interaction with short and brief, and despite 2 others sitting getting their hair washed at same time and having chat got offered the usual head massage, it wasn’t until my hair was towel dried that I realised I wasn’t getting that service today. Maybe because I was the last person of the day? Amy was distracted quietly talking to another staff member and this was disappointing. However once in the chair and haircut time Amy did then make an effort and was friendly, very fast and it was washed, cut and dried in 30mins. Happy with the overall result just disappointed to not have got the usual standard of service.

As always it's so friendly when you walk into KH

I had a lovely haircut by Phoebe today and I’m so pleased with the result. She really listened to what I wanted and was so easy to talk to while we discussed ideas.
The finish is exactly what I had in mind, and the relaxing head massage was a real bonus. Great value for money too. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Gareth always does a wonderful job on my hair very professional and always listens to what my hair needs conditioning etc. Anne is a brilliant receptionist a very good advert for k. Halls very professional too. Very clean salon.
