I've heard mixed reviews for this hairdresser but decided to give them a try. Not impressed. Disappointed with haircut, it was just really underwhelming. I didn't look like I'd just had a new haircut and it was uneven. The colour faded about 3 weeks too. The two managers are arrogant and the way they talk to their staff members, especially the younger ones, is just appalling.
One of my friends also had an awful experience here (ruined her hair and were extremely rude to her) but I only found this out after I'd been myself... If only I'd spoken to her first.
Also, if you have curly hair, don't bother! You'll see photos on their website/facebook, they don't know how to cut or style curly hair. One of the photo looks like a birds nest! And from what I've heard, they cut curly hair when it's wet.... Anyone who knows anything about curly hair knows you just don't do this! They don't use the right products for curly hair and don't know how to dry it properly.
Visited during the pandemic and they didn't ask customers to wear masks which meant I was sat right next to a man who wasn't wearing one.
