I love my trip to see Natalie to get my hair cut, it's always lovely to hear about her little boy. How Natalie remembers everything about me and my family along with her other clients is beyond me. I trust her implicitly with my hair and am never disappointed. She is a huge asset to the salon.

Fabulous experience as always. Claire produces wonderful results, she has brought my hair back from extreme damage and breakage to full thickness, shiny, healthy hair. And the conversation is always good too.

From sitting in the chair, having my eye brows waxed to getting my colour washed off ending with my hair cut and blow dried is such a relaxing experience, can’t thank Natalie, Ashley and the girl that washed my hair (can’t remember her name) enough, all 3 girls are amazing, thank you xxx

We visited the salon recently and Clare did an amazing job at cutting/shaping and layering my daughters hair…she the moved on to add some gorgeous warm highlights to my other daughters hair…the girls love their new hair thank you!

Sarah was very helpful and professional and I was really happy with my haircut.

I have been using Sam’s for over 18 years and have had excellent service from Claire who knows exactly how my hair is cut to ensure that it stays the same style until the next cut. Also use their nail salon and eye brow service. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Saks Cramlington for about 14 years. I have used other salons during that time but really happy with the service I receive here. Clare, Sarah and Natalie have always listened to my hair concerns/ideas and have always delivered a super friendly, professional service. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Pleasant experience, good cut

I had a few facials over the year but this is the only wherever noticed a neat improvement on my skin. Not mentioning how relaxing the experience was.

I was very impressed with my haircut and overallexperience in the Salon. Sarah listened to my thoughts and concerns about my hair, made useful suggestions about the cut and how colouring works. All staff very professional throughout. The Salon was clean, tidy, well presented and had a happy atmosphere.
My haircut was excellent, all that I had hoped for. Will return for the colour as I am very confident, Sarah will get it just right. Thank you very much.

Natalie is a great stylist and hairdresser no matter whether she is cutting children’s hair, women’s or men’s.
She made our child completely at ease , chatty and talked her through what would be the best style and haircut for her. Our daughter loved her hair and enjoys getting her hair cut at Saks.

Had my nails done today by Ashley, they are perfect. I have been going to this salon for beauty and hair (Natalie) for over 15 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It may be slightly more expensive for beauty than other places but not by much and you get what you pay for.

Natalie is so helpful and knowledgeable. She recommended a few options for my haircut and even showed me the best way to blow-dry my hair! Thank you Natalie :)

Sarah provided me with a full and thorough consultation before touching my hair and she listened to any of my concerns. I am delighted with my finished look, the friendliness of Sarah while styling my hair. All the girls in the salon were super friendly. I would highly recommend this salon it’s a 10 out of 10 from me.

Spent a morning of being pampered getting my gel nails on fingers and toes.. and eyes brows waxed and tinted. The girls in the salon are lovely and friendly and always go the extra mile. HIGHLY recommend Saks Cramlington fro hair and beauty. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
