The team do a consistently excellent job from colour to cuts to quality blow drys. Much appreciated extras include great complimentary head massages, a varied menu of snacks and drinks (some free, some modestly priced) and lots of advice on hair care and products.

Cheerful. Hospitable as offer coffee & goodies. Great hair cut. Open to changes with good suggestions of how to manage a new hair style.

Gienette always professional and careful colouring and lovely for a good chat.

Been going to the salon for over 12 years - everyone is accommodating, helpful, funny, happy - the atmosphere is wonderful and I can never go anywhere else ! My hairdresser is on maternity but Sammi squeezed me in thankfully for an important occasion ….

I had a cut and blow dry this morning and it was as superb as ever. My hair was exactly how I wanted it. The whole experience is so good from the welcome, the coffee, and the hair do most of all. Liv is excellent, she listens when I explain what I want doing and the results are exactly as requested. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This salon is the nicest I have been to. The welcome I had when I arrived from Laura was lovely and she did a great job of washing my hair especially the head massage… Liv did a fantastic job of reshaping my hair, the cut was really good and I am super pleased with it.

Both Gienette and Nigel are extremely talented. My thanks to them for superb colour and cut.

This is my "me time" , timeout from too much business. As usual they did not disappoint from the friendly welcome, relaxing shampoo and head massage to a really good cut sending me out looking and feeling good. I even had a very tasty cake and coffee ?! Thank you all very much.

As always a fab trip to Alnwick studio to have my hair coloured and cut. Liv was brilliant as always, backed up by Rhys and Sophie who looked after me so well while I was there.

Liv is the best hairdresser I have met. When I first went to the salon I hadn't had my hair cut for ages and it was a bit of a mess. Liv just seemed to understand what I like and what suits me and I am always really pleased with the cut. She also suggested the Shinefinity colouring which I love. The salon is lovely and the other staff are always friendly and helpful.
