Love this place but this time things weren't as good as usual. Colour not defined as I'd hoped, when in the chair I sometimes feel like there are more important things happening other than focusing on getting my hair right. Attention seems split on other things. no special treatment. No massage chair, no head massage when washing my hair. I come to the salon once a quarter so I really want to feel amazing when I visit and most importantly have the hair I want. Love my hairdressers but this time it wasn't as amazing as usual.

As per usual everything is done up to its usual high standard and beyond.

A fantastic salon. Great people. Always a pleasure. Daniel cuts my hair brilliantly and I'm not easily pleased. Took my lb (7 mths) in and he was well entertained too. I didn't feel like we were an inconvenience.

I had a Nanokeratin treatment with Stacey. She cut my hair as well, and re-styled. So far I got lots of compliments regarding my new hair style and condition. It takes me a while to adjust to the new Me! I just love my hair and my experience with Daniel Granger Salon it was an amazing one.

Being a hairdresser myself I was very nervous at trying a new salon, Charlotte and Will were fantastic, professional, compassionate and with Nathaniel relaxing me at the basin I can highly recommend the salon. Thanks so much guys see you in 6 weeks.

I can’t recomend this salon highly enough, from the moment you enter the salon you are made to feel welcome and at home. As for the quality of there haircuts it is the best in Northampton, I have never had a bad one in all the time the Salon has been open.

My first visit to Daniel Granger Salon today. I had full highlights & cut and finish and my hair looks gorgeous, thanks to the talented stylists there. Thank you so much Emma & Filip, and also thank you to Nathaniel for a brilliant head massage!! I walked out and felt like a million dollars. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Amazing. Daniel listened to what I had to say & also made his own suggestions. I totally put my trust in him & I came away with a fantastic haircut. The whole team are fabulous & I was made to feel incredible from start to finish.

Steph listened to me, my hair looks lush, the salon was clean and modern, loved the fact they had soya milk and dairy free biscuits. Also, massage chairs?! Will definitely go back and highly recommend this salon. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. Plus I've paid more money for a lesser experience and outcome

I wanted a transformation and needed a transformation and Stacey did it!!! She is a very friendly, bubbly person who absolutely loves her job! Very passionate as well!
I felt welcomed and looked after through out my experience!!!

Soooo over the moon with my hair thanks to Stacey! Love coming to Daniel Granger and had a variety of different stylists now and I’m never disappointed! Stacey’s balayage design on me today is stunning! Can’t believe it’s my own hair I love it!

I was very anxious about having my long hair cut as I had previously had a bad experience. Katie's was lovely and made me feel at ease. Katie's was very informative and asked me what I liked. Katie's was very helpful and professional at all times. She took time with me. I had a great experience. I will definitely be back to see Katie's for my colour. Thanks Katie's. X

I had my hair cut with Steph today for the first time. I can’t recommend her enough. She listened to what I wanted and I’m incredibly happy with not just my cut, but my colour too.

Steph was amazing, she knew what I wanted when I didn't even know what I wanted, like recommending layers... And 10 minutes later I said I wanted layers, thanks for transforming my fire hair to plain Jane brown... And i mean that in a good way, getting my hair changed from being a copper top to brownie has been a long time coming and she done it spot on. Oh and super reasonable pricing... Oh and the King Charles is the best addiction to any hairdressers ???

Was extremely nervous as have had the same hairdresser for 12 years ! But was put at ease by Filip and am so pleased with my colour and cut , the best my hair has looked for years!

I visited DG for the first time to have a cut and colour with Steph. First impressions of the salon were great - great decor and more importantly really buzzy vibe.
Steph was lovely - she spent time talking to me about the different colour options and what I wanted resulting in me leaving the salon up with a gorgeous colour and cut which I absolutely love.
Despite not being one of the youngest customers DG made me feel really welcome and the vibe is infectious.
I've already booked all mine and my daughters appointments up to Christmas with Steph who is fantastic.
Brilliant first experience - here's to many more!

Great service and skill from Adam who took pride and care. I am getting married soon and now have confidence I'll be at my best! Thanks Adam. Whilst may cost Little more than I normally would pay, the results are well worth it for me.

Superb cut as always with Daniel and excellent colour with Stacey. This was the first time Stacey had coloured my hair and I was really pleased she took the time to listen to what I wanted and she got it spot on.

Not sure if I submitted my review so I will do again . Donna is amazing when you arrive , so friendly and helpful. Emma cut and coloured my hair and I couldn't be more pleased . I went out that night and had lots of compliments about the shine on my hair and the colour . Very pleased and thank you Emma x

Hair cut uneven. Didn't cut hair how I requested it.
I rang up to get it corrected and they struggled to fit me in. Finally got me an appointment with the person I originally had it cut with, turned up and he was not it that day!
Manager managed to sort me out another appointment 4 days later. I turned up to be told I was booked in with another hairdresser, not the one I've been with for years!
So two weeks on, hair looks a mess,no offer of a refund, no offer of the manager sorting this out either.
Worst customer service I have ever received, shocking!
