Fantastic service, friendly staff and lots very atmosphere. Normally hate going to the hairdressers but I really enjoyed the experience at Daniel Granger.

Was extremely nervous as have had the same hairdresser for 12 years ! But was put at ease by Filip and am so pleased with my colour and cut , the best my hair has looked for years!

I visited DG for the first time to have a cut and colour with Steph. First impressions of the salon were great - great decor and more importantly really buzzy vibe.
Steph was lovely - she spent time talking to me about the different colour options and what I wanted resulting in me leaving the salon up with a gorgeous colour and cut which I absolutely love.
Despite not being one of the youngest customers DG made me feel really welcome and the vibe is infectious.
I've already booked all mine and my daughters appointments up to Christmas with Steph who is fantastic.
Brilliant first experience - here's to many more!

Great service and skill from Adam who took pride and care. I am getting married soon and now have confidence I'll be at my best! Thanks Adam. Whilst may cost Little more than I normally would pay, the results are well worth it for me.

Superb cut as always with Daniel and excellent colour with Stacey. This was the first time Stacey had coloured my hair and I was really pleased she took the time to listen to what I wanted and she got it spot on.

Hair cut uneven. Didn't cut hair how I requested it.
I rang up to get it corrected and they struggled to fit me in. Finally got me an appointment with the person I originally had it cut with, turned up and he was not it that day!
Manager managed to sort me out another appointment 4 days later. I turned up to be told I was booked in with another hairdresser, not the one I've been with for years!
So two weeks on, hair looks a mess,no offer of a refund, no offer of the manager sorting this out either.
Worst customer service I have ever received, shocking!

Had my hair done for the first time at Daniel Granger today. Lovely atmosphere,everyone was lovely and my hair feels so much healthier. Steph was chatty and she really listened to what I wanted doing to my hair and I love the new cut!!! Thank you Steph- can't wait to have my colour done!!!

The service at Daniel and granger was great. They're all so experienced and give good advice on your specific hair type. Your options will be explored until you're satisfied with how your hair is. It's very hard to find someone who can do my hair right, and even though I was nervous at first, my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it to by the end. The workers are so kind and compassionate, fufilling the wishes you want for your hair. It's the best hair experience I've had, and I'd recommend it to all :)

Had a lovely cut and blow dry with Charlotte, she took the time to chat to me about my hair before hand and go through what I wanted. Oh and the chairs at the wash basins were amazing !!! Thanks x

Reallying happy with my 1st cut at this salon they have done a lovely job and I was really surprised how good the service was and the fresh coffee is a pleasant addition

Im a regular client & can honestly say the standard of service is consistent. Welcome assured & exceptionally well managed salon if you have never been before its a must to try. Chloe is a professional young woman who prides herself on sending you out ferling beautiful!

Well after years of bad hair cuts, incl. own cuts I braved trusting a salon again. To my amazement met a fantastic team @ DG who welcomed me having laughs and smiles all the way. Adam who consulted and cut my hair was bloody awesome to say the least, knew immediately what I wanted asymmetrical bob with pointy bits! Made sure I wanted to cut off my u we long tresses and started snipping away, left feeling light and bouncy with a huge grin on my face and compliments galore from friends and family. Well chuffed - Adam your mine forever!!! Cheers again.

Chloe was so lovely, it was my first time at the salon and I was made to feel so welcome. Chloe really went above and beyond to help me get the look I desired. Not only did she stay open an hour and a half after closing to get my colour where i wanted it, she was even so lovely to drop me home afterwards. Would recommend in a heart beat.

Anazing results as always . My usual hairdresser Filip was in holiday so had the pleasure of the lovely Chloe instead . She did a fantastic job and her attention to detail was outstanding .

My hair was a total mess when I arrived but by the time I left a transformation had taken place. My stylist. . Steph ... listened and advised and everyone was really friendly.

I went in on the off chance that they may have had a cancellation to get my hair cut. I was impressed at the service as they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I was offered a coffe or drink - I had a lemon squash - while I waited for the hairdresser to to be ready and given a wifi password and offered an iPad to play on while I waited. The hairdresser clearly knew what she was talking about and was very knowledgable and helpful. The chairs are amazing!! I had a back massage whilst she washed my hair. I came out with something different to what I had envisioned but I love it!! I'm going back in just over a week to get my hair coloured.

It was my first time in this Salon. I spent 4 hours there. Absolutely worth it. Chloe did it perfectly. She took every detail. I strongly recommend.

This was the first time I'd had my hair cut at Daniel Grainger. I will definitely return!! Firstly I loved the massage chair!! I want one!! I felt really relaxed while having my hair washed. Charlotte used a conditioning treatment on my hair at no additional cost. Charlotte was very friendly and helpful. She gave me loads of advice as to how to achieve the style I wanted. She's the first hairdresser who has given me a fringe that does not immediately part as soon as I leave the salon. She styled my hair beautifully. The best thing is that I have since washed and dried my hair and it still looks great even with minimum effort (and I now look way younger than 40 something!!)
I've already recommended the salon and Charlotte Wheeler to several friends.

Emma has been doing my hair extensions since November and I absolutely love them. Emma has been professional and lovely since the day I came in for the consultation almost a year ago. I have also been really impressed with the graduates who have taken out my extensions and made sure they are ready to go back in the next day.

Really pleased with the colour and finish. All the staff are so friendly and the salon is fab. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My hair was terrible. My last hairdresser had left the colour in for two hours so was a bit apprehensive trying somewhere new.
Katie, Emma and the staff were so lovely, they started from scratch and redid everything, I am going to my daughters wedding so wanted it looking nice.
They exceeded all my expectations, my hair looks and feels amazing, it has literally taken ten years off me.
My daughter was so impressed she has booked in herself, fiancé and my grandson, that's how much of a transformation it was, thank you so very much., I will be using you from now on.
