Absolutely love coming here to get my hair done, I hated getting it done before but mine and my partners long standing hairdresser is Kerry. Buckets of personality and lovely to have a chat with whilst getting your hair done. If she leaves CC Hair, me and my partner will follow her to wherever she ends up. Couldn’t rate her highly enough!
I have been attending the salon since it opened in Weston Favell However, prices continue to rise without notification.
I would ask the owners to engage with their clients. I would’ve appreciated an email or text message or maybe a sign up in the salon to indicate the price increase..
I’ll would also ask the owners to consider a reduce rate seven days a week for children.

I would like to clarify that we review our prices only once a year. Prior to any increase, we always notify all our clients for whom we have email addresses, and we also post the information on our social media channels to ensure everyone is informed.
Regarding the pricing for your son’s visit last Saturday, the reason you were charged more is that our 20% discount for children is available from Monday to Thursday only. Our salon is particularly busy on weekends, and the discount is offered as an incentive to encourage visits during the less busy times.
We understand your suggestion about offering a reduced rate for children throughout the week and will certainly take it into consideration for future planning.

Brilliant visit right from the start. Really warm welcome from the man on reception. The lady who washed my hair was fantastic and pretty sure she gave me a free head massage. Jadye is always cheerful despite going from one person to the next. She is interested how you are doing and really listens. My haircut once again was top notch again. Absolutely brilliant team (even offered my husband a coffee while he was waiting!!!)

It’s been a few years since I’ve been here as have a friend that does my hair from home normally. But due to a family emergency up north she not able to do my holiday cut. Panic station set in that I wouldn’t be able to get in anywhere at this short notice. But you could and you put me on to Kai what can I say I am so pleased with the final result I put my trust in him and said cut it and thin it out . I love it and everyone has commented today thank you I will be back

Hussled into using the service - no mention of cost until I arrived at the till and was charged £50 for a shampoo and quick cut - all of 25 minutes. Would not have accepted the appointment if I had known the cost.

I was nervous for a different stylist but Sophie was very calming. Throughout the entire process she made sure I was completely comfortable and would make sure we were on the same page about my hair on every step. The colouring came out amazing and the bangs were such a great change. She was patient when I was being picky with the length of the bangs and truly cared that I was happy with everything. The hair came out beautiful and she is definitely my new go to stylist.

was very welcoming, haven’t been hair dressers for some time and was made to feel comfortable offered a drink straight away, every step he took he made sure i was comfortable with it before cutting and now feels amazing! will be back in 12 weeks.
