TONI&GUY YORK opened in the town in 1998.

We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice on the latest trends and services.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious Wella master colour expert-their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Microlinks/ring Tape extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, Wella, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

STRENGTH IN STYLE Strength in Style is now available in this salon, offering people affected by cancer specialist support and advice on hair care. This service includes styling pre, during and post treatment hair, and wig personalisation with the option to purchase synthetic and human hair wigs. Lucky enough to get the massage chair while my hair was washed by a very capable young man. Pleasant and did not have the urge to chat to me constantly, which meant I could enjoy the experience. Good cut with Holly, came out feeling relaxed and ready to face the world. Oh and enjoyed a glass of water from a real glass. Thank you

Holly has been my hairdresser for over 15 years and can thoroughly recommend her. Great skills and incredibly genuine and friendly hairdresser who takes an interest in your hair but getting to know you. I have every faith in her and Know that when she cuts my hair she is skilled and also takes the time to have quality talk time. I don’t really know what I would like but whenever I ask her advice it is spot one. I can be a little reluctant so take advice from and she Always does a great job. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Holly, was brilliant. I have awful hair, which is a nightmare to deal with at home, this is the first time that I have seen Holly, but she has done an amazing job. I have the nano-keratin treatment on my hair, which makes it much more manageable between appointments, but is entirely dependent on how thorough the person applying it is. Holly has done a great job, which is exactly what you need for the treatment to last.

Worst haircut I have ever had. Didn’t realise how bad it was until after I left as way it had been blown dried. Fringe complete mess long bits, short bits and big chunks of hair in lumps.

Have had to book at another salon to get it cut so that it is any near acceptable.

Can not believe my hair could be cut so badly let alone at a relatively expensive salon with a good reputation. Will not be back.
