Second haircut with Ashley and the best I’ve had in years. I couldn’t be happier. Ashley is clearly a very skilled and experienced hairdresser, but more than that, he really takes the time to understand what you want and how your hair behaves.

Emma is thorough, careful and sensitive. She is skilled and a pleasure to be with. I enjoy discussing aerospace engineering with her.

Great colour. Always professional. Lovely blow dry. Super happy with my results everyone I go.

The result was lovely. The colour is very natural and kind to your hair. The cut was good and I got the naturally wavy/curly result that I wanted. The shampooing and head massage were also very good.Lovely atmosphere with nice magazines.

I love this salon and all the Staff that I know who work within. My work has me travel about a lot and it’s one of the best salons I’ve been to. I first stepped inside in 2010 and came back in 2020 and am pleased to be back now. I am very well looked after and the Team are incredibly talented. The music play list is always a winner too!

A big, airy salon. I was met straight away by someone from the Salon - closely followed by Darcie who was to give me a keratin treatment. She took a lot of care and produced great results.

Darcy as ever brilliant and listens to what you want. I’ve never had a hairdresser I have felt so confident in. Rinsing my colour was the lovely girl with red hair - just a bit of feedback - slow down your rinsing of colour - some landed on my face and has stained it. I’m not bothered as foundation covers all but some might not be as tolerant and I appreciate she is learning and her customer care was excellent - telling me what she was going to do next. A small thing that didn’t spoil my experience x

The staff are all lovely and attentive. Make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Robin does a fabulous job with my hair.

Yet again Ashley not only cuts my hair but understands what I need to increase my confidence. Hair matters!

Today was my first appointment with Ashley, what a lovely person, he sat and chatted with me about my hair, what I expected and gave me advice regarding what could be achieved today (as I have shortish hair) He listened to me and didn't push his ideas, he explained and checked with me throughout my cut so I felt safe to point out areas of my hair that bugged me and he addressed the problem. My whole appointment at Sacs was great, all the staff are very friendly and helpful and I ended up with just what I wanted, I am looking forward to my next visit

I popped in because I was long over due for a hair cut just to see if there was a space. I got lucky. I had a brief consultation about a restyle of my hair. I had Jess (I think I have remembered that right). She was very friendly and professional. She got the style I wanted bang on and she was efficient. I am really happy with it. Fabulous experience at Saks

I was a new client for Ashley. He spent plenty of time assessing what i needed, based on my hair type, lifestyle and haircut history. Although he listened carefully, he was no pushover, The end result was lighter, more fun and easier to manage than my previous style. Ill definitely go back again.

Great haircut and a solid experience overall. Ashley listened to what I wanted, made a few useful suggestions, and delivered a clean, sharp cut with good attention to detail. Nothing felt rushed, and the result looks natural and easy to manage.

Fab head massage.
Usually an exquiste glass of Vino, but on this occasion an equiliy excellent coffee.

Feel very well looked after great salon great staff

I went in for an "emergency" shampoo+blow out (ended up also having a treatment for damaged hair) and was lucky enough to find an available slot. Everyone has been super kind from start to finish. Emma has been amazing in providing info about options, products, and every step of the treatment. My hair never felt and looked so good! And my "OMG I look like a car wreck" mood rapidly changed to a "walking on sunshine" one 😀
