Feel very well looked after great salon great staff

I went in for an "emergency" shampoo+blow out (ended up also having a treatment for damaged hair) and was lucky enough to find an available slot. Everyone has been super kind from start to finish. Emma has been amazing in providing info about options, products, and every step of the treatment. My hair never felt and looked so good! And my "OMG I look like a car wreck" mood rapidly changed to a "walking on sunshine" one 😀

A warm welcome and was put at ease instantly. Ashley took the time to discuss my hair, and he did a great job! Thank you

This is my first visit to SAKS, York as they’re having two recommendations for Ashley. Couldn’t fault the haircut or the experience. I don’t really like visits to the hairdresser but was made to feel very welcome and I’m really pleased with a haircut. I will definitely go back.

The salon is amazing. From the minute you walk in, everyone makes you feel welcome and relaxed. I’m never disappointed by the service and always reassured to know the staff go to great lengths to get everything just right. Highly recommended.

It was lovely to see Robyn and have a good chat with her. Robyn makes it look easy but I know for a fact that it is really difficult to cut hair so beautifully. She also gave great advice on hair colour for my greying hair, and I can’t see any at all now!
