I've been a customer of Saks York for many years and the service is always excellent. Friendly welcome, clean and smart salon, and knowledgeable experienced stylists who talk through all the options for cut and colour. Anyone who can tame my wild curly hair deserves a medal!

I had my hair cut with Robyn. Hadn’t seen her for ages as I’d had surgery and have been recovering. Really understanding, was able to give me a forward facing wash due to neck and head recovery. Great cut & a lovely chat. Just the best and will be booking again when needed.

As a long standing customer of Saks York it is always a pleasure to return, this time to have an appointment with Ashley for the first time. As a curly girl it is always a bit nerve wracking putting my unruly locks in the hands of someone new but the haircut and haircare options were all discussed thoroughly and the results were great.

I saw Emma today, who not only did a great job, but really took the time to properly listen to what I wanted, and provided some really helpful suggestions & advice. She was also super friendly, & instantly made me feel comfortable. Thank you Emma! :)
