Bad , first cut was awful, had to go back to get it finished, which was OK, gottold next cut would be half price so tried again , still got charged the fill price and paid!! Worst cut than the first, be advised if you have short hair don't use *name removed*

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! The staff were so kind and helpful, especially with helping me decide on the hairstyle I wanted. The lady who washed my hair was fantastic, it felt so relaxing, and my hair feels softer than it’s ever been. And Lorraine was wonderful, just a joy to work with!!! The style she helped me decide on is gorgeous, I’m so happy with it :)) Would highly recommend her specifically, she was very kind, helpful, and clearly very experienced and skilled. 5/5 experience, will definitely be going again when I can <33

Lovely experience - great cut and trimmed eyebrows & ears!

Really pleased with the high/low lights applied to my going-grey hair. Edita knew exactly what to do - disguised the grey very well and now I have youthful looking hair!

I really enjoyed having my hair cut and finished today.

As ever, a brilliant cut that falls into place every day from one cut to the next. Advice on colour to suit my natural (grey) colour has resulted in a great overall effect that means my roots don't stand out as it grows. A visit that I look forward to every single time.

Notty spent the time to talk through what I wanted and my end goal for my hair. Lovely experience. Even when what I wanted took longer than expected, I was still given the best treatment. Love my new hair.

After aiming for a bob realised it didn’t suit. Reverted to the short cut and love it ❤️

I’ve been coming to Blue for over 10 years now and i’m always so happy with the service and professionalism the salon has. Once again Ive walked out so happy with the results! I would recommend this salon to anyone in the York area.

Loved the whole experience. I could sit for hours when Nottie washes and massages my head, so relaxing. Haircut is just what I wanted- look a million dollars!

Love coming to have my hair done at Blue. Notty does a fantastic job and the whole salon has a lovely vibe. I would say the price is reasonable for the location and for the experience and quality of the stylists.

Lovely atmosphere and excellent care

Having recently lost my Mum and being surrounded by Mothers Day stuff, I walked into Blue feeling sad, grumpy and feeling really low.Notty gave me an extra special head/ neck massage when she was washing my hair.She pampered me and made my hair look stunning.I came out feeling really lifted in spirit and looking fabulous.Thank you Notty xx

Jess is brilliant in multitasking and getting stuck into all jobs that are needed. As Steve was running late she started putting colour on then Steve took over.

Great service as always! Naomi is so friendly and accommodating! Always are realistic with what can be achieved and how long it may take to get to your colour goals which never leaves you disappointed when you leave! Was recommend Blue and would never change hairdresser.
