Lorraine is excellent - she really cares about the condition of your hair as well as what you are trying to achieve. I came to her after years of bad hair care at another salon and she really listens to what I would like while building on the bad condition and breakage I came to her with. I'm always really happy with the results. Thanks Lorraine!
