Had the whole body deep tissue massage which was excellent. Caroline explained how she would go about it and made sure that I had no worries or reservations as well as checking on any medical conditions. She was very thorough and systematic providing a relaxing experience but also one that got deep into the muscles a released tension. Overall an excellent experience.

First Botox treatment today. Was definitely a little nervous building up to the appointment but I really now don’t know why! Olivia was fantastic, calmed my nerves and provided the reassurance I needed ! Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Sadly this was far from a previous experience I have had, for the same treatment.
Rather than a massage, sadly , this felt more like a lotion being rubbed into my skin. To be fair I had asked the therapist to go lightly on my calf due to a recent injury, however I said the rest of my body would be fine.
the therapist’s hands were extremely cold and the room was cool too, therefore I struggled to relax due to the temperature. Simple things that make a world of difference to the experience.
The rest of the visit was lovely,; the lady in reception was exceptionally helpful & welcoming.
This won’t stop me booking again; I’ll simply be more cautious about which therapist I select. Although, I do believe they ought to all be of a similar standard or prices adjusted depending upon the experience of the staff.
