I was disappointed that we started a couple of minutes late and then the time given for getting changed was at least 6/7 minutes before the therapist returned into the room. We then finished bang on 3.30 meaning that the duration of the massage was just over 20 mins. During the massage I asked for the massage to be a bit deeper as I didn’t really feel it was having much effect. Overall I was a bit disappointed. It was short and didn’t really address any of the knots in my back.

I arrived 6 minutes late to be told that because of that I couldn’t have any nail art. It was a simple line and heart on one nail. I booked nail art and was allocated 45 mins when nail art takes an hour. Maybe don’t reduce the time. When I was told that i could only have plain nails I had to stand my ground to make sure I was only charged for that as the technician had to check as I’d booked nail art so the system would charge me. So I couldn’t have what I’d booked but could be charged for it. Thankfully the price was reduced. I don’t plan on returning .

Usually fayed does my waxing but she wasn't available .so yes I thought I would be brave enough to another therapist hence no name given.she left what appeared to be some chocolate lumps of wax which she gave me some lotion on a pad of cotton wool to remove myself once treatment was over.i tried to remove the wax but to no avail and had to cut it out once arriving home as baby oil wouldn't help.
My mini spa was just what I needed. Poppy was very professional & I would definitely recommend this treatment.

I have been wanting micro needling for some time after reading up on the benefits. When I saw that Avita were offering this I booked immediately.
Faye was very professional, she explained every step and applied numbing cream 30 mins before the treatment. I actually nodded off in the treatment room as the bed was so warm and comfortable.
The treatment was painless and I can’t edit to see the results.
I was provided with an aftercare package and leaflet with full explanation from Faye.
The salon is beautiful, staff are friendly and welcoming and my next appointment is already booked.

I booked to have a milia taken off which I was told would be £30 so I paid £20 deposit and booked my appointment. The lady on the desk did say that the nurse would proberly squeeze the milia out but if not would use a laser pen but no mention of the extra cost if the laser pen was used so my appointment went from £30 to £50.
