I have been wanting micro needling for some time after reading up on the benefits. When I saw that Avita were offering this I booked immediately.
Faye was very professional, she explained every step and applied numbing cream 30 mins before the treatment. I actually nodded off in the treatment room as the bed was so warm and comfortable.
The treatment was painless and I can’t edit to see the results.
I was provided with an aftercare package and leaflet with full explanation from Faye.
The salon is beautiful, staff are friendly and welcoming and my next appointment is already booked.

I booked to have a milia taken off which I was told would be £30 so I paid £20 deposit and booked my appointment. The lady on the desk did say that the nurse would proberly squeeze the milia out but if not would use a laser pen but no mention of the extra cost if the laser pen was used so my appointment went from £30 to £50.

Have fairly regular massages at avita. Was a bit disappointed with my last one from poppy. Too soft overall with not enough oil and painful focus on one or two knots in my neck/shoulder. Normally come out feeling very relaxed and my back much looser with all the tension relived, but my back didn’t feel improved after this massage.

Unfortunately I arrived about 7 minutes late, which may have affected the flow of the session. The therapist remained professional throughout, but the scrubbing part felt a little quicker than expected, and I found it harder to fully relax this time. Overall, the service was good, and I look forward to an even more relaxing experience on my next visit.
