I was made to feel comfortable as soon as the entered the salon to make an appointment. As a new client I felt welcomed and valued. The appointment started with a discussion and it was clear that I was being listened to.
The whole process of colour and cut was great from start to finish and the coffee was great.
Both colour and cut are exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely loved my hair after Grace discussed my options. I as so fed up with my hair and wanted it all cut off ahort. Grace was amazing and gave me other options that I couldn't be happier with. My hair now has style, movement and life. She talked about my hair in a really personal but professional way. She put me at ease and I left the salon feeling really confident and 100% happy with my new cut and style. I couldn't recommend the salon enough, everyone was friendly, professional and welcoming. I will definitely be returning in 4-6 weeks for a cut again.BIG thank you to Grace for being so lovely, knowledgeable about treatments, colours cuts and products.

This salon has to be comparable with many top city salons. Including London,Leeds and Birmingham,(I’ve tried them all!)
A most professional service from stylists who really care about each client and focus on providing the best cut and colour for each client. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is made to feel quite special. The owner is diligent in achieving high standards and ensures that her team follow the same principles. Long May it last. A gem in a small town.

salons in London,Leeds and Birmingham . Contemporary compares favourably with them.
Staff have a most professional approach to customers, always courteous , thoughtful and genuinely interested in the best outcome for the client. Kelly, the owner is exceptionally talented and has created an outstanding salon.

Amazing service, absolutely love my hair! Kelly listened to what I wanted and suggested what she thought and I came out feeling amazing!

What more can I say that the best thing I ever did was change hairdressers and not only found a friendly unbiased salon but a a amazing Stylist in Hannah.
She listens to what I want ,mind you I do sometimes get carried away with the style I want.But,Hannah is always honest with me and I have never left the salon feeling anything but amazing with my hair.

Really good hairdresser. Always a very pleasant experience having Elliot taming my frizzy mop. He also has great comunication skills. Only thing that lets contempory down is needs bit of TLC. The paintwork on the front needs refreshing.

Hannah really listened to what I wanted and rectified a dreadful haircut where my hairdresser didn't listen to what I wanted. She recommended aftercare and was thoroughly knowledgeable and friendly. I LOVEy new haircut, thank you, A****
