I Visited the salon today for the first time. As soon as I got there Alex came across and introduced herself, and took me across to the hair station. I explained what I would like and Alex was fantastic and talked me through what was achievable as well as every process she was doing. I felt confident that she was knowledgeable about curly hair, and my wild curly hair didn't phase her😊. She made sure I was happy with what she was doing and also told me how to achieve this at home. Even though she had other clients she was attending to, she didn't once rush me and nothing was too much trouble.
What struck me about the salon was all the staff were super friendly and supportive of each other. The salon was very clean (the staff were constantly cleaning), The products used were top quality and available to buy although these weren't pushed for sales in any way, and I definitely will be returning.

I have been going to Saks Northallerton for over 5 years and will not go anywhere else.
Both my teens are also really happy with the service and results - they are not easily pleased!
Katie takes painstaking care to ensure my regrowth is not too obvious and really listens to what I want and gives great advice when considering new styles.
Lloyd and Alice have also done my colour before and are also excellent and get my highlights exactly how I like them.
A fresh and inviting salon with happy staff and excellent customer service.
They are also great with hair up for weddings/balls/nights out.
