A massive thank you to Andrea, I have very thick and curly hair and normally keep it long, but wanted a layered bob, Andrea Re styled my hair to perfection and suffice to say very pleased with the outcome xx

I had a good result and will be back in the new year.

I didn't quite get the finish i was hoping for (I had long thick hair and thought it would be possible to put some choppy layers into it to take some of the weight out but it was explained that this wasn't possible due to the length but she attempt some layers towards to bottom and in effect hasn't taken any weight out of it but about 5 inches off the length instead) I'm not faulting the hairdresser it's just not what I had in my head that it would turn out like.

I took my 6 year old daughter to get her hair cut with Jess. She was marvellous with her and the cut was great too.

Made an appointment for my hair trimmed and was told it would be with Andrea. I don't usually go to the hairdressers and I'm really pleased to say I loved the whole experience, Andrea was really friendly and did a fab job of 'just triming' and drying my hair. I had a gorgeous coffee made by the super friendly and polite young man who sat behind the front desk (sorry but didn't catch his name)
I will definitely be back-great service x

Had my hair cut today by Andrea and as always very professional and very friendly, young man I think called josh who washed my was also very friendly who I think was in his third year of training altogether all the staff are very welcoming and friendly!!!

I don't reside in harrogate area but i work here so don't have my regular hairdresser about who I use back home in bridlington. I tried saks first time and jess was so so friendly! She asked me exactly what I wanted and delivered amazing results from a previous hairdo I wasn't too keen on! We discussed future options and I've now booked a colour to go back ? prices are expensive compared to back home for me but definitely cheaper than some other Harrogate places!

Absolutely love my hair I was a little nervous to try a new salon but jess put me at ease straight away she listen to what I wanted and delivered just what I asked for before I had even finished in the salon I'd booked an appointment for my daughter to her hair cut there too. I've had lots of complements on how lovely my hair looks. I have recommend Saks to everyone

Nice clean salon, first time there the staff are nice and friendly.

Initially unhappy with end results as not at all as expected. Used photos and spent time explaining what I wanted but hair no where near what I'd asked for. Jess who is lovely acknowledged this and tried to rectify but instead of a graduated balayage from rich chocolate through darker caramel to light caramel my hair is a dull dark brown with an almost grey tint at the bases .
Paid £65 and will need to sort .

We weren't sure how well highlights would take but this was explained to me clearly. Harris put my highlights in and he was friendly and super helpful and lovely. Andrea continually kept overlooking things and making sure all was ok. Harris has super customer service skills and is great at his job.

Louise is not just a hairdresser but a hairdresser with a real eye for what will suit me, colour and style and the skill to make it happen! Consequently I've been having my hair done by Louise for years. I had a compliment about my hair within 2 hours of leaving the salon today and within 30 minutes last month. Why would I go anywhere else!

It was my first visit to the new Saks salon in Knaresborough. I am always apprehensive as i have naturally curly hair which has lead to some disastrous hair cuts because people do not understand it. Jess was amazing she listened to what i wanted and consulted me throughout changing anything i didnt feel was right. I was very happy with the cut of my haircut. The only thing i was disappointed with was the fact the only way Jess had of drying my hair was with a diffuser. I have been to many salons and for as long as i can remember my hair has been dried under a climazone. I find it disappointing that such a prominent salon such as Saks does not have one. Diffusing my hair is a recipe for disaster! The atmosphere was lacking but hopefully that will come with time. Thank you Jess for a haircut that i love.

2 inches off my hair has made me a new woman - my hair looks better than ever, the cut suits me, just the right length and it 'swishes' for the first time in years!!!! Thank you Andrea look forward to my next appointment

As well as a friendly welcome, the service here is brilliant. I arrived here with hair which was over processed and needed an over hall. Andrea was brilliant. I have now been getting my hair done here for the last 6 months and the transformation in colour and condition of my hair is amazing. Its never an easy step trying out a new hairdresser, but I cannot recommend Andrea and her team enough. The salon is also spotless, altogether a cut above the rest in Knaresborough !

i rang to see if there was availability for same day wash, dry and straighten. Luckily there was. Junior washed my hair, lovely head massage! Jess dried and straightened, she was amazing and really friendly and my hair looks fantastic.

I usually hate the hairdressers, hence why I can only bring myself to go once a year if that! I get super nervous at the time and I never like the end result.
But Saks made me feel so comfortable as they were friendly and great at giving advice on what I'd need doing to my bedraggled hair!
So pleased with result! I don't remember the last time I came out of a salon happy! I now have a fresh, healthy and tidy trim I'm now proud of!

Walked in and only had to wait a few minutes. Jess cut my hair and she asked lots of questions to ensure she knew what I needed. She was very polite and friendly, making me feel special. Hair looks best it has for years and I will definitely be going back.

First visit....very impressed. The staff were busy but didn't feel rushed. Will be back
