Found this salon after years of searching for a stylist who was great at both colouring and cuts. Just can't express how great the results are every time. Always a warm welcome and friendly chat. Such a lovely, experience!
Staff are well trained and very highly skilled.
They take the time to understand what you would like and to talk it through.
After today's appointment I had two people stop to compliment my hairstyle, saying they loved the cut, colour and the curls.

Great cut,. Sarah always listens carefully to what you ask for and she's very friendly,. Love having a chat whilst she's doing my hair.

This is the first time I have had an appointment at Saks. Great deal of time was taken to discuss what I wanted from my cut. Throughout the cut views in the mirror were given of the back as the cut was taking shape.
All members of staff were friendly and professional.

My fist visit to Saks in Knaresborough and I had a very positive experience throughout. I wanted a completely new look and Sarah was very patient at listening to what sort of cut I was looking for and recommended a few different ideas until we settled on one. An amazing restyle, i'm so pleased with the result, thank you so much Sarah.

I got a last minute appointment,which I appreciated. The team were really friendly. However after leaving the Salon I looked at my haircut properly and it was not as I hoped. It's very choppy, & I asked for a blunt cut with only light face framing. I also like to wear my hair up for work, I can't do that now as all the shorter sections fallout when I try to put it up. I had a photo and looking at it, my hair is so much shorter than the photo. Everything else was a good experience, other than I really don't like the cut I received. I have wavy hair and I need the weight in my hair, the chopping into it has meant that now the shorter pieces are curling up!

Sarah is a wonderful stylist. She’s bright; cheerful and welcoming. She is a great hairdresser, cannot recommend her highly enough.

Exactly what I wanted and asked for; a wash and great blow dry with volume.
