I was in desperate need of a haircut. I found Saks on Google and read all of their fantastic reviews. I rang them and got a appointment the same day. I was at the salon in under an hour. I met my stylist Ian who is a new stylist. The service I had from Ian was next to none. My visit started with a very good consultation. I told Ian I was aware of how bad condition my hair was and that it needed a good cut. I told him that I had been thinking about having a fringe for quite sometime. He suggested some face framing to soften my face. My hair now looks and feels alot healthier. Ian goes totally out of his way to get the look your happy with. Ian really is a lovely guy and takes time and pride in his work and listens to what the client wants. I think I finally found a good hairdresser. Thank you Ian and I will be back soon as already rebooked. Wishing you all the best at Saks xx

Brilliant cut and style by the lovely Ian. Extremely friendly, gentle, and took the time to make sure it was perfect! I would definitely recommend.

I had a 9.30 appointment today. the stylists were confused as to why i was there, even though i had a consultation the week before.
I am quite upset at the end results.
I was talked through the process and showed the inspiration pictures to all the stylists.
the hairdressers said that the style wouldn’t be achievable because of how damaged it was.
I understand and i am a very chill and understanding person. But when i got home my mother looked at it and was absolutely shocked.
my roots have not been done at the back, the blonde is not even in sections as highlights, the colour is very messy.
i’m quite upset as the entire situation seemed rushed.
i left the chair at around 1.30 ish, but i didn’t have to be home by 3pm. there was time but even my hair wasn’t dry when i left.

PLEASE can someone contact me so i can send pictures of my inspiration and what actually happened.
I said i wanted chunky lowlights and highlights but this is so patchy.
The cut from ian was nice, but again i had to ask him to cut my fringe. i did really like him and he was very friendly, but everything seemed rushed.

First time Ian did my hair, he was friendly professional, gave great advice, extremely pleased with the finished result will definitely book back in with Ian

Molly listened well to my needs and gave good advice. She took time and made me feel comfortable

Unfortunately I do not know the name of the lady who cut my hair today, but it was a walk in appointment on the off chance somebody could help me! The lady was very accommodating, as I did not want my hair washed, even though she advised that's how she worked. She did an amazing job on rectifying my very damaged hair!! I'm aware that I'm an 'awkward customer', as I'm not a big fan of visiting hairdressers, but was made to feel at ease, and would definitely return again! Thankyou so much for helping me 😊

Felt rushed,hair wash was very short, layers seem a little uneven and the feathering around the face does not seem well blended. Hair straightened but bits were missed, so came home and self styled.

I’ve been returning to this salon again and again, as Andrea goes above & beyond in every appointment!
