It was my first visit to the Salon. I had long hair and decided, I would go short. I showed Jodie a few pictures I had seen and saved to my phone. Then literally said it’s over to you. I phoned to see if I could get an appointment the next day for my son's pre- wedding dinner, after I'd received a late cancellation from another salon. Luckily Chatlotte Woolley had had a cancellation and could fit me in. Libby was fantastic! Never having seen me or worked with my hair before, she gave me a beautiful half up/half down hairstyle which was perfect for my dress,the hairclasp I'd take along and the event. I was totally thrown by the lateness of the cancellation by the previous salon so close to the event, and them saying they had not been able to find me an alternative hairdresser.
Libby was calm, kind, and she reassured me my hair would be beautiful. And it was! I can't praise her and this salon highly enough. I am not local so had no idea of this salon's existence before booking. They are truly wonderful and I can not thank Libby, and the other Charlotte Woolley staff enough for lifting my spirits and giving me a fabulous hairstyle for my Son's wedding event. I left feeling on cloud nine, and had a really wonderful evening. Thank you! all! I'll be back ❤️

I’ve been going into the salon as I have broken my wrist so I signed up to the bottomless blow dries as I can’t wash my own hair. Charlie and the girls have been great and really looked after me and my hair lasts for days afterwards with just the odd tweak after sleeping on it! I can recommend the lovely salon if you would like your hair doing.

Had a great root bleach with Libby today. Fantastic result after perfect toning. Tried a great new product which is Sebastian No Breaker Bond Building and Styling Treatment spray. It’s absolutely perfect for my bleached hair. Fortunately I was able to purchase some at the salon. On occasion my roots which are more white than grey decide they won’t absorb the colour and glow Libby has managed this by using more base however on my last visit l still has root glow which quickly lifted out but left grey roots .
I reluctantly informed Libby as l
didn’t want to complain , she very quickly saw me the next morning and sorted it out explaining why this sometimes happens and what we can do if it happens again .
I had a lovely visit to the salon Libby said she was pleased l told her about the roots and that we could correct them .

Decided on a change today , showed Libby a photo of a choppy bob l fancied but knew with my curly hair it would be hard to maintain ! All the same l decided l wanted to go shorter and more chopped in rather than the traditional bob shape .Libby set too with her sissors and although it looked good it wasn’t as light at the bottom a cut in , as l had wanted ! Libby very patiently carried on cutting listening to my thoughts , and very suddenly it all fell into place , once she had styled it which she showed me how to do it looked just like l had hoped !😊
