Had a great root bleach with Libby today. Fantastic result after perfect toning. Tried a great new product which is Sebastian No Breaker Bond Building and Styling Treatment spray. It’s absolutely perfect for my bleached hair. Fortunately I was able to purchase some at the salon. I am grateful for all the advice and care Libby gave to make sure my bleached hair stays in fantastic condition. Thank you so much

On occasion my roots which are more white than grey decide they won’t absorb the colour and glow Libby has managed this by using more base however on my last visit l still has root glow which quickly lifted out but left grey roots .
I reluctantly informed Libby as l
didn’t want to complain , she very quickly saw me the next morning and sorted it out explaining why this sometimes happens and what we can do if it happens again .
I had a lovely visit to the salon Libby said she was pleased l told her about the roots and that we could correct them .

Decided on a change today , showed Libby a photo of a choppy bob l fancied but knew with my curly hair it would be hard to maintain ! All the same l decided l wanted to go shorter and more chopped in rather than the traditional bob shape .Libby set too with her sissors and although it looked good it wasn’t as light at the bottom a cut in , as l had wanted ! Libby very patiently carried on cutting listening to my thoughts , and very suddenly it all fell into place , once she had styled it which she showed me how to do it looked just like l had hoped !😊

Just returned from my second visit and I am very pleased with my hair. The whole experience is great, friendly service and Charlotte listens to what you want and don't like. It's a bit pricey compared to my previous salons but after having had so many bad experiences I'm happy to pay more for a great cut

Charlie has been on maternity leave my usual stylist , l didn’t know it would be her today until l walked in and she said my drink was ready ? I looked over to the seat she guided me to and there it was ! A cup of my fave Earl Grey tea and Ginger biscuits there ready before l even walked in !
