Sarah & her team looked after me so unbelievably well on Friday. I feel like I’ve finally found a stylist who completely understands my colouring, texture & preferences & that was on the first consultation & an appointment that I made as a last minute impulse. I travel a lot but when I’m home I’ll definitely try to make Saks in Guisborough my go to salon. I had quite a change of style & the cut is beautiful, perfectly complimenting the texture of my wavy hair & the subtle colour absolutely spot on. It is years since I’ve had such a great feeling coming away from a hair appointment so thank you so much x

Excellent as usual all staff very welcoming and attentive.

Friendly staff. Hair stylist definitely knew what she was doing. Gave me loads of advice. Spoke to me and not over me, to other sytlists, like some salons do. Gave me a lovely new look. Definitely going back. I live about 25 miles from the salon but we'll worth the trip.

I stupidly had turned up a week early but they were able to fit me in with another stylist. Friendly knowledgeable staff

Have just moved to the area. I called into Saks and had a lovely chat with Sarah. Felt really comfortable so booked an appointment. I was not disappointed. Sarah was wonderful and I am thrilled with my hair, the colour and cut are fab.

Came for my last hair appointment before I have my first baby. Sarah, Maddie and Devora tackled my hair! Perfect job as usual, highlights, blowdry and curls. Always a lovely welcoming experience! Nice to have a chat and cuppa with nice people too!

Appointment with Alice for cut and colour. Wasn’t happy with how flat and drab my hair was looking and Alice listened and advised me on what would be best. So so happy with the result!! ❤️❤️

I love going to Saks in Guisborough. It would be wonderful to go every day. Sarah always does a tremendous cut/colour & blow dry. We are good friends now. The atmosphere is very friendly & feels like home. Devora looked after me well too. I have mobility issues & they really look after me. They are family. ?

I was worried about having highlights after years of copper colour. What a great job done love my hair colour. Also enjoyed the Indian head massage at the sink area!
