The fact that the team always take great time and effort to listen to what you would like from your haircut/style before they even touch your hair, gives you the confidence to know you are in safe hands and that the stylists understand what I’m trying to describe.

Getting my hair done at Saks was a personalised experience from start to finish and I felt cared for and appreciated for being there, all the way through. From walking through the door and someone taking my coat, seating me and offering me coffee/tea, as someone that is anxious about new environments and people, I was set at ease and felt relaxed immediately. Natalie sat with me for my consultation and was clearly knowledgeable and understanding of my not so hairdresser talk! She understood exactly what I wanted from what I said and delivered perfectly. All staff were attentive not only to their own clients, but constantly asked each other if they needed anything which was lovely to see. I came home and booked my next appointment in straight away! Thank you so much.

Brilliant service. They were running a bit behind but I was sat down straight away, my coat was taken and I was offered a coffee and magazines. Really enjoyable friendly staff! Thankyou I will certainly be returning! :)

I am always made very welcome and taken good care of when visiting SAKS at Guisborogh. Sarah my stylist always greets me with a smile. We discuss my visit and what I want. If in doubt she talks me through it. This I find really helpful especially if I'm changing my style. Then we have a good chat 😁

I had the pleasure of having Maisie as my hairdresser, and I can confidently say she's absolutely fantastic! Guisbrough have a lovely family feel that seta them apart, I drive 40 mins to get there l. Maisie has not only transformed my hair with stunning color but also expertly applied weft extensions that have given me a significant boost in confidence. What sets Maisie apart is her honesty and genuine care for her clients. I couldn't be happier with the results. She's simply the best!
