A great friendly salon although I’m gutted at how short my hair now is - I should have listened to my stylist!

Staff are friendly and welcoming, nice atmosphere. Recommended

First visit to SAKS. Booked another appointment. Leonie really understood what I wanted, and spent time listening. Ellie did a great blow dry. My hair is strong and thick, I was really pleased with the colour and styling

Sarah is just the most wonderful and accommodating salon host I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every cut is finished beautifully, I always feel relaxed and well looked after every time I leave.

Mixed feelings as to whether I should really be going out for a much needed haircut but new the team at Saks would be as professional as ever. Much hand washing, hand sanitiser at the desk along with the usual welcome and excellent service left me feeling rejuvenated and glad that I had gone along.

I was given an appointment last minute on a Saturday afternoon, Sarah and her team were so welcoming and even stayed back late to finish my hair which was much appreciated.

Had a complete change, long to short. Excellent advice on what would work with my thin hair. Reassurance from Sarah all the way through, attentive and had me feeling confident all the way through. I was extremely pleased with the result and fact that Sarah was still working past 8pm but didn't rush or compromise on her excellent service. I have complete trust in this Salon and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love coming here....the staff are so friendly and talented! I've had 3 or 4 different stylists cutting my hair and each one has done a fantastic job. They listen to what I ask and do it. I've a had a perfect cut each and every time..thank you so much!!.....p.s. the coffee is good too! ?

Booked on a whim whilst visiting the area - stylist was great dealing with my unloved long hair and cutting quite a lot off - the bouncy blow dry (which I never have!) lasted nicely for a few days - now back to unruly curls, but so much more manageable! Thank you, would recommend! Xx

Love a bit of me time, and there's nowhere better. Staff are so friendly, yet professional, and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Jess to cut my hair.

This,salon is the friendliest salon I have ever been to. The,staff are fabulous, the,service is,excellent, nothing is to much trouble, very up to date with fashion and colours and,are eager to share their knowledge and guide customers if needed.
