Always excellent. Sarah is the only consistent hairdresser that both my husband and I rave about. I come in exhausted and dreary and leave uplifted and vibrant. Sarah and her team are the epitome of professionalism and always made a visit to the salon during covid feel safe. Sarah listens. Her expertise and talent are endless.

Alice perfectly matched the colour of the highlights to my skin tone. She cut just the right amount of hair and my new haircut is sleek and fun. Great advice on the shampoo also!

Sarah has cut and coloured my hair forever and she never disappoints. My fine, thin hair looked wonderful after leaving the salon yesterday and she always gives the right amount of advice without being pushy. I couldn’t recommend her and the rest of the lovely Saks team enough.

I phoned for a same day appointment got in for a cut and finish .
Stylist was very helpful after I showed her a photo of what I had in mind. Really pleased with the results.

My hair is now in great condition and easy to manage which is just what I need. Every visit I come away feeling fabulous. I have my hair coloured and styled every four weeks and have been going to the salon as long as I can remember. I keep going to the salon because of the professional and friendly service without any pressure to buy additional treatments. The balance between being attentive and leaving me to enjoy some down time is something that I look forward to. Salon adjustments as a result of the pandemic were unobtrusive but nevertheless gave me a sense o comfort and security. Spaced appointments have enhanced this. Highly recommended.
