Met Macey for the first time today and she immediately put me at my ease. She was the ultimate professional plus very warm and friendly. She was easy to chat to as she made some good suggestions regarding my haircut .

Always good to have a change and this was my first visit to this salon in years. I was greeted with warm and friendly conversation and a free head and shoulder massage which felt great! I felt very much looked after throughout my visit by three members of staff and my stylist was particularly professional, as she shared her expertise on how to get the most out of my hair. Thank you.

After putting off getting a haircut for quite some time, due to anxiety, I visited the salon after booking a cut and blow dry. I left the salon after 30 minutes, with hair that was still damp at the root, and parts that were straightened and parts that were not.
I was embarrassed to say anything, and left feeling totally deflated.
My hair was thinned to my liking.
I felt that my appointment was rushed and I wish I hadn’t visited.

10 out of ten for cut and colour and knowledge of hair colours to suit my style

As always Louise was professional friendly and offered support and advice re colour

I absolutely love my hair as always. Jasmine is so professional and is super lovely. She always makes me feel really welcome and is really easy to talk to. She listens and knows just what I want, she is really knowledgeable in what she does. She is amazing. I would always recommend her and the salon as it’s such a friendly atmosphere, everyone gets on so well, it’s lovely to see and be around. See you at my next appointment x

Lovely hair stylist always cuts my hair perfectly. I have difficult hair to cut but louise always does a great job. A great hair cut that lasts for months.

Luke rang me this morning to say my usual stylist was ill, and that if I could bring my appointment forward an hour he would be able to fit me in, for my colour and and restyle. I’m really pleased with my new style and Luke was absolutely lovely. Many thanks Luke. Hope Jasmine gets well very soon.

Love the end result of my colour with Claire & cut with Kate. You fit me in at short notice which was much appreciated. My colour with Claire is stunning & has attracted lots of compliments already. Kate did an amazing cut & tidy up for me, leaving my naturally heavy, thick, dry hair feeling amazing & light as a feather. She spent so much time making sure it was just right, which I really appreciate. Thank you all!
