First time back in a long time and very disappointed with the customer service afterwards, won't be returning. I reached out after not being happy with the results of my highlights and still having lots of roots on show, to be told its my own fault for having a full head colour before, which isn't true, I've been having a full head of highlights for a very long time, never a full head colour and and I've not had this issue with my highlights elsewhere. I was pretty disappointed that the blame was put on me and because of these issues and the fact I was annoyed at being told it was my fault and my hair was something it wasn't i did not feel comfortable going back and so I asked for a refund for the highlights, I was told I couldn't have one and had to go back with the same stylist to sort my options, however I struggled to get in when I did originally, I work full time and just spent 2.5hrs of my weekend in the salon already and again was pretty upset at being blamed for the situation. I expressed my concern that the slot wasn't long enough twice prior to booking and was assured both times that it would be fine; I explained how thick my hair is, how it lifts warm and how my last appointment was 4 hours long and was again assured it would be fine. Not only this but the underneath of my hair where the assistant helped is now dried out where belach was put over bleach and I am gutted as I've spent the best part of the last year getting my hair healthy in the best condition it has been in and now the back is all undone. My stylist was lovely, the blowdry was the best I've had in a long time as she listened to how I wanted it I am just so unhappy with the highlight result as it needs doing still and the customer service afterwards was terrible (which wasn't the stylist).

As always Macey has done an amazing job! I have exceptionally thick and bushy hair and she always does such a brilliant job in thinning it out and making it look sleek and glossy! I'm not very good at styling either so she always ensures it is low maintenance for me but beautiful! Would recommend her to anyone.
