Lovely experience and great hair cut.

We have been self isolating and this was my first trip out since lockdown. I knew my hair would be lovely, it always is when Paul or Sam have been near it, but I was worried about the salon experience and how safe I would feel. They were brilliant, I completely relaxed and felt very safe and valued. Being given your own pack of ppc on arrival was so reassuring and they have taken every measure to make you feel secure, safe and valued, there was not a single point where I felt uncomfortable. Thank you, you honestly could not do more and it is appreciated, and yes I now have gorgeous hair again!

I have been coming here a while now and I always feel Maddy and Leah listen to what you want, do their very best and are friendly and attentive.
It’s a very professional environment, and I leave with lovely hair that I am very happy with.

Had a great day on Wednesday 15th July. Great reception, friendly atmosphere and above all excellent colour, cut and blow dry. The salon was spotless, following guidelines and the staff made me laugh ? I’d go back any day! ?

My hair appointment today was a lovely experience both the stylists I had (Sam /Paul ) were really positive could tell they were very experienced and seemed to know exactly what I would like and happy to advise what would work colour cut wise , really welcoming and even though I was a new customer they put me at ease all the staff were friendly and the salon was as clean as a dentist so I had no concerns there fantastic .

My experience at Toni & Guy was 100% recommended. I was made to feel welcome and after a prior 30 year hairdresser “relationship” when I had to relocate, I couldn’t wish for a better service. Both Leah and Alex made my new experience a continued one. Great salon! ?

I was very pleased with the cut by manager Sam. I was nervous, with this being my first cut with a new stylist after over 10 very happy years with same guy at Toni and Guy in Macclesfield, but Sam was great. He listened to what I did and didn't want, and didn't mind me asking him to go shorter during the cut. He has a lovely attitude and I will book in with him again.
In more general terms, the loo roll had almost run out, with no obvious spares, and my cup had someone else's lipstick on, which wasn't so good. Attention to details like these was lacking, which was surprising in my experience of Toni and Guy. Not enough to make me not want to go back, though.

I was a bit concerned going for a cut after I had quite A bad experience at another salon in Norwich.. However, I was very pleased with the treatment I got in T&G. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive, especially Sam who was super nice and friendly. He understood my concerns and what I wanted immediately. My hair looks infinitely better than it used to. Definitely recommend!

What a lovely friendly salon. First visit to this salon and it did not disappoint. Sam restyled my hair, and what a tranformation. An excellent cut and style, and Sam was just wonderful.

Made me feel very comfortable, listened, which is amazing ? as slot of stylist sadly don’t!! Very professional, a wonderful cut! Will be definitely visiting pearl again

I came for a consultation after undergoing chemotherapy and needing someone to help me style my new hair. Everyone I met today was kind, considerate and I’m now really looking forward to my appointment next week when the mop of hair is going to be tamed!!

Alex was fab as usual! Great service, love my hair and I’ll be back!

First impression was good however the experience wasn't as expected.I was told there ***** wallet was robbed by someone coming to salon and going upstairs without notice. She was very anxious about it and throughout kept looking out of window while attending me. After coming home when I looked at my picture of the haircut I wasn't pleased as it was uneven and not neat. She also spoke to other girl who was discussing the colour with client. There was a phone call and ***** was to attend that informing me but then some other girl attended. I just felt not being treated important and very well as attention was diverted from my haircut to other activities a number of times. I asked for senior stylist and paid more not to get second class treatment. Overall not satisfied. :(

Lovely results, lovely atmosphere, chatting to Sam is so much fun every single time :-)

Alex was very attentive, providing me with the haircut I wanted and as always a pleasure to chat to!

Samuel is always bright and cheerful. He certainly knows how to cut and style short hair. A pleasure to go to the salon. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Regular T&G customer, but first time at this salon since it's been under new management. I'm delighted with my cut and the end result, but just as impressed with the overall service and experience at the Norwich salon. It's put the others I have used (4 or 5) to shame, particularly with the level of service and the cleanliness of the store.
Of specific note was that Sam gave me the time to discuss pre and post cut around how to look after my hair in detail, but was very hesitent to suggest purchasing multiple products. In fact for the first time in years I left without buying any! Testament to this technique is that they now have a new, regular customer - proving the hard sell doesn't always work long term!
Only criticisms would be that the head massage during conditioning was barely noticeable and was definitely lacking compared to other salons, and there's limited availability of some products. Whilst not specific to this store, I would also dearly love it if they accepted American Express for payments. These are all very minor things and as referenced above I'm so delighted I'm switching from my existing, nearer salon to Norwich.

Just had almost 9inches chopped off my hair and Alex has done the best job! I love my new shorter locks and I can’t recommend Alex enough.

It was an amazing experience in my opinion, although it was a quick shave, but i saw the difference.

I walked in feeling awful about my hair and lacking inspiration but I left after having such a lovely hour chatting, with a haircut that is flattering, youthful and everything I didn't know I needed. Kudos, he's amazing.

Went in disliking my hair more than i have ever done, was the shortest it had been for years and years, so decided to get it cut and start again. Was very nervous but came out absolutely loving it.

Pearl was so friendly and really listened to what I wanted done with my hair. She spoke me through what she was doing as she was going along, as well the products she’s used and why she was using them! Absolutely love coming too norwich salon and pearl is amazing at what she does!

I used to go to Toni and Guy for many years when I was young. I have returned, now much older and will be going again. Absolutely knows what she is talking about in regards to hair type, layering. Gave me a good trim and advice and styled it really well . Thank you

Maddison was great, I have tried to reach an ashy blonde for 4 years with other hairdressers. I visited Maddison once and she achieved this in a single session. She is a very talented colourist and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly. My only complaint is that I booked in with Maddison and when I called to confirm I had been moved to the senior stylist (would’ve charged me a lot more money) this is not good practice and I believe it may actually break trade standard regulation.

Great haircut, brilliant staff, very friendly salon. Would certainly go back and highly recommend.

I absolutely loved having my hair coloured by Paul and cut by Alex today. They were both very friendly and listened carefully when I said what I wanted. They delivered exactly what I wanted! They also recommended products that I could use. I came out the salon with a big smile on my face. Will definitely go back

Super pleased with my hair cut from Amy, who was also genuinely really nice to talk to :)! Overall salon experience was also great... Friendly staff and nice atmosphere :)! Would definitely recommend.

He was amazing with my hair considering it hadn't been touched in 4 years and he done a fabulous job literally I'm going back every three weeks for sure literally such an amazing sweet guy to chat to aswell x
