I have been using the sunbeds at urban oasis in Great Yarmouth for a couple of years and never had any complaints , the staff are always polite and friendly the sunbeds are always clean and fresh
The staff were very kind and welcoming and I really love my eyebrows the shape and colour are beautiful and I will definitely get them done again.

Therapist was 45 mins late , 20 mins of this was talking to someone in the waiting room . Results were not as expected ( did everything by the book ) . The fact that top ups aren’t included is poor considering the cost and nature of treatment . I will not be going back !
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We sincerely apologize for the delay in your appointment although cannot find a record of any days we were running more than 15 minutes late. We are also sorry for not meeting your expectations during your treatment. We strive to provide a timely and exceptional experience for all of our clients. The 20 minutes you mention was while the numbing cream was activating, you were left to relax in a private room with refreshments offered, it was also explained that at any time you could call our and our therapist would return.
We do understand your disappointment with the top ups not being included in the cost of the treatment- although is is always explained at the time of consultations. We are constantly reviewing our services and pricing to ensure that we are offering the best value for our clients… Our prices are exceptionally competitive, and the only time a top-up is not included is when you have purchased a heavily discounted treatment through a 3rd party…. ALL full microblade treatments purchased in store include top-ups.
We apologise the results are not as you expect, we do our best to ensure realistic expectations, which is discussed during consultation and again during treatment, and is why a top up is recommended.

Not what I expected and paid for. No discernible change to my skin, whatever the products the therapist applied to my skin were not for the acid peel. I believe she was in a huff because when I called to make the appointment, I asked for one of the more experienced beauticians, as is my right as a paying long term customer. She didn’t even give me a mirror afterwards so I could look at her work on my face. She did not tell me she was done with my face, she just stood over me with her arms crossed as I laid on table. After several seconds of laying there, I had to ask her if she was done and only then did she reply that yes she was done.
I have a balance in my account so I’ll probably use it up in my May for my birthday.
It’s my wish to never let that therapist near my face ever again so if I book the next appointment please make sure that I don’t deal with her. What a weird experience

We can also confirm the treatment you had was a brand new introductory offer, so possibly this is what has caused confusion, as you wouldn’t have had these products with us previously. We can assure you only the new acid peel products were used during your treatment.
