I've had a few appointments now with Bronwyn. I was initially really anxious about having my hair cut in a salon, because of a chronic health issue. I actually cut my own hair beforehand because of my issues. Bronwyn was very reassuring and I feel comfortable with her. Urban Oasis does not feel like your typical hairdressers and has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere and no-one is judgemental.

I have very sparse eyelashes with a few gaps but Julie did a brilliant job of my new lashes look very natural.

She really is a credit to your establishment, was so professional and friendly and totally transformed my hair ( it was in a terrible state!) over the moon with what she has achieved today.
