Just had an amazing hair cut, really happy with the end result, Shanice is very caring, did exactly as I asked and made me feel very comfortable.

Kefran made me feel at ease instantly with her warm nature. She talked me through step by step what she was doing throughout the treatment which put me at ease further. It felt like I was just chatting with an old friend during the whole thing. The results of my lash lift were amazing! Very impressed and would definitely get another.

I always use the sunbeds and the place is so clean, everyone is so helpful and friendly.

Not using a stylist or therapist, just tanning. But all staff very friendly. Visited a few tanning centres over the years and here is a drastic improvement on all I have used before.

Whenever I go into this Salon it’s always extremely welcoming and very clean.

So pleased to have found this aptly named place which is like a one stop shop for treatments, hair care and wellbeing. Professional service but friendly and welcoming. The therapists that I've met so far are women who understand that their clients are individuals and made an effort to make me feel comfortable in addition to providing excellent treatments. I really love that UO provides lots of ongoing training for their team too. I'll be back and have no hesitation in recommending.
