Had a surprise Birthday present of a back and shoulder massage and absolutely loved it! Soraia went deep into some of the muscle issues I had and worked them well. I actually felt that I slept better that night too.
Was advised I may be sore the following morning, but I was not. Thumbs up all round!

Today I had my 1st Hydro Facial...WOW...absolutely love how clear and refreshed my skin feels. Amy was lovely, explained each step and made me feel at ease.

Having a full leg and hollywood is never the most fun however Soraia is an amazing therapist (and quick!) and made me feel very comfortable, especially after a recent bad experience elsewhere. Came away feeling fresh and positive thank you!

Really sorry I can't remember the girls names but my wife and I came in for a couples Japanese head spa. Unfortunately thanks to terrible traffic we were very late but they spared no time in doing everything they could to make us feel welcome and give us a great experience.
Lovely and friendly staff, definitely making it our regular place.
The place itself was clean and lovely inside.
Recommending this place to friends!

As always Bronwyn cuts my hair the way I describe to her.

I went in today for a massage with soraia. The massage was full body but when discussed with Soraia my main problems, she was able to clarify my needs in regards to my back and the knots i have. Unlike everywhere i have tried, soraia was able to put the right amount of pressure on my back to get the knots out. I highly recommend Soraia to anyone with issues on their back as well as other areas of the body. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

I received a spa facial and paraffin wax hand treatment through Groupon as a birthday gift from a family member. The whole booking process was very easy and had no issues.
On the day I had a lovely young lady (sorry can't remember her name) who did my facial was lovely and I enjoyed every minute of it, I found it relaxing. The wax treatment was great my hands were so soft after.
I would definitely recommend and will be returning at some point.
All the girls there are really nice a friendly.
Couldn't fault the experience at all.

I had a 45 minute Japanese head spa and it was the best one I've had to date! The lady was lovely, very attentive and thorough. Checked if pressure was okay throughout and it was overall an amazing experience. I'm sorry but I can't remember my ladies name as I have a memory like dory 🤣.

Apart from this the temperature kept going hot and cold due to boiler issues which was no fault of the therapist at all and I still had an amazing treatment. Will definitely be booking again soon!

I had the head spa today the lady was absolutely incredible, the boiler had stopped working and the water was either too hot or too cold, this was not the girls fault, the lady was amazing with me and talked me through everything before beginning and offered me a hairdryer afterwards, the camera scalp results were amazing

Lovely hair cut! Lauren did just as I asked and created a beautiful fringe and added lovely looking layers, gave my hair the volume and definition I was looking for. The actual place is lovely and well laid out / clean and tidy with very professional friendly staff. Definitely will return to get my hair cut at urban oasis again!
