Had a very relaxing headspa today with Soraia. She made sure to keep checking the water was the correct temperature and that i was okay. I left there feeling fresh and hair looking silky as ever. Really enjoyed.

I was worried about the micro needling treatment and Soraia was reassuring, friendly and professional. She was informative and told me exactly what she was doing and how it will help. She constantly asked me if I was okay. Definitely would come again. The treatment itself was quick and only slightly painful over the bony parts of my face.

Couldn’t fault kriz 10/10 very professional polite and friendly made me feel at ease would definitely recommend her and the team at urban oasis.

Due to a physical job I go every month for a back, neck and shoulder massage with Soraia. The massage feels amazing and gets rid of all the tension built up and makes you feel extremely relaxed, very professional and polite!

Bronwyn listens to what you want and does apply her expertise. She is kind and professional. She explained what the results could be as I have dyed my hair in a specific colour for so many years therefore the end result could be different to what I wanted.

Very lovely experience, made me feel very comfortable and the results are amazing. When I arrived home my partner said my eyelashes looked better than any I had done in the past.

We had a Japanese head Spa and it was absolutely amazing, we both really enjoyed it. It was sooo relaxing!!! We added the heated blanket and an arm/hand massage and it was worth it! Every lady we came across was very friendly and welcoming, and so was the lovely man who answered the phone. Thank you again and we will definitely be back very soon!

I had the most wonderful hot stone massage with her, and I’m still glowing from the experience. The moment she placed the first warm stone on my back, I could feel all the tension slowly melting away. She has such a gentle, intuitive touch—she always knew exactly where to focus without me even saying a word. The atmosphere she created was calming, comforting, and genuinely healing. I walked in feeling stressed, and walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely renewed. Truly a talented lady with a gift for making people feel amazing. Highly recommended.

Had a surprise Birthday present of a back and shoulder massage and absolutely loved it! Soraia went deep into some of the muscle issues I had and worked them well. I actually felt that I slept better that night too.
Was advised I may be sore the following morning, but I was not. Thumbs up all round!

Today I had my 1st Hydro Facial...WOW...absolutely love how clear and refreshed my skin feels. Amy was lovely, explained each step and made me feel at ease.

Having a full leg and hollywood is never the most fun however Soraia is an amazing therapist (and quick!) and made me feel very comfortable, especially after a recent bad experience elsewhere. Came away feeling fresh and positive thank you!

Really sorry I can't remember the girls names but my wife and I came in for a couples Japanese head spa. Unfortunately thanks to terrible traffic we were very late but they spared no time in doing everything they could to make us feel welcome and give us a great experience.
Lovely and friendly staff, definitely making it our regular place.
The place itself was clean and lovely inside.
