Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We sincerely apologize for the delay in your appointment although cannot find a record of any days we were running more than 15 minutes late. We are also sorry for not meeting your expectations during your treatment. We strive to provide a timely and exceptional experience for all of our clients. The 20 minutes you mention was while the numbing cream was activating, you were left to relax in a private room with refreshments offered, it was also explained that at any time you could call our and our therapist would return.
We do understand your disappointment with the top ups not being included in the cost of the treatment- although is is always explained at the time of consultations. We are constantly reviewing our services and pricing to ensure that we are offering the best value for our clients… Our prices are exceptionally competitive, and the only time a top-up is not included is when you have purchased a heavily discounted treatment through a 3rd party…. ALL full microblade treatments purchased in store include top-ups.
We apologise the results are not as you expect, we do our best to ensure realistic expectations, which is discussed during consultation and again during treatment, and is why a top up is recommended.
