Chapter One Hair Spa Eskbank

I have been coming to Chapter one for a little while now & love the salon. It is so nice to go & get my hair done there. The atmosphere is friendly, warm & welcoming as soon as you step in the door. The salon is well maintained, clean, warm & with a nice calming decor. All the staff you come across during a visit acknowledge you which is nice. The little touches of the drinks menu available for you, a small chocolate/cake you get with the drink, & the seating area upstairs where you can sit if having your hair coloured, make all the difference to your visit. Steph on reception is one of the nicest, most attentive & most efficient receptionist I have come across. It is always a pleasure to have my hair done by Emma D & she is ready with suggestions & advice when I need it which for me is great. I recommend the salon to my friends all the time not just for their hair but also the treatment side of it to (although I have not used that service).

Emma is brilliant. I've tried lots of hairdressers over the years and Emma is the best by far! She always knows what to do with my hair and gets things looking better than I could imagine beforehand. Total colour expert! Everyone in the salon is so lovely as well

Last minute booking with Ellie (first time as usually have Emma T) Ellie was lovely! Hair looks fantastic! Nice and relaxing experience as always. Thank you
