Although prices have gone up-I wouldnt go anywhere else now. I have fairly short hair and Frankie just gets it. Perfect cut everytime.

Nicole and everyone in the salon was amazing. I have a bald spot due to a medical condition was not made to feel uncomfortable once. Everyone was so friendly and nice. All the clients left with a smile. My colour looked insane.

I was so nervous about getting my hair done for the first time in Liverpool since moving here and I am SO glad that I trusted Gina with my hair! Making me feel like a goddess! It’s so rare to find someone who is able to make your hair dreams come true.

Needed a cut and finish desperately, seen good reviews online for this stylist so decided to pay out a little extra for my hair, felt the appointment was not great, the stylist had a colour on another client whilst trying to do mine, the salon was busy , with chairs too close together it was uncomfortable, Frankie blew my hair then cut it - I’ve never had that experience before it it just felt rushed, we talked about colour and she said she’d do a patch test at the end, that didn’t happen as she had another client to see to, all in all not great! With a tip I’ve spent nearly £100! Never again

A week before my appointment they called me to inform me that the hairdresser i had my appointment she is not working there anymore and if I would like to have the appointment with someone else. I said yes and I asked if I will pay the same price as before. They assured me on the phone that i will pay the same, however when it come the time to pay they charged me extra £29.00 for exact the same service as last time. First time i had proper haircut and this time she just chopped and clean a bit my hair ends. I didn't notice at the time how much I paid as I was in rush cause I was late for work. Hair was ok but definitely not going again as this happened on the past with the money and was the reason I left. Please when someone asked the price charged them what you said at the start!

I had a really good experience today. Great colour and super cut. Thank you Vicky and also your assistant nice to see such enthusiasm.

The appointment was rushed. The stylist didn’t listen or take any interest in the pictures. Left in the chair waiting for 15 minutes following wash because they were busy with another client. Really unhappy with hair cut, uneven and not like the reference pics. Very bad experience.

Good cut and blow dry. Wanted a cut to give more movement to my thick hair. Got what I asked for. Very decent hair cut and excellent blow dry.

It was my first time and will not be the last I liked my hair color so much, very nice and professional highly recommended

Came into the salon this morning as i’m new to the area and needed my hair to be recoloured. Spoke with Danny who told me the best thing to do with my hair to prevent damage. Booked me in straight away which i was so grateful for. The colour came out amazing, and so did my haircut. So beyond happy

After an epic bleach fail that left my hair with different levels of lightening, Mark colour corrected my hair and gave me a beautiful beige blonde! He was very thorough and both him and the girls worked as a dream team helping each other! Mark also gave me useful advice for hair bleach aftercare. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish!

Frankie was nice and chill. I really like how she did my hair, which I haven’t experienced once here in the UK since the other hair salons, I went to before, didn’t followed what I want for my hair and the price’s not even worth it but here in Voodou I can say your money’s worth it so I’ll def be coming here again the next time I want a haircut since that’s what my boyfriend said too as he was with me during the haircut and he was entertained watching my hair getting cut lol. People are nice too.

Fab cut

Mark (I think that's their name if I remember correctly??) had very nicely consulted me about fixing my effed up permanent box dye job. Initially I was gonna bleach the lot here and redo it all, until they advised me that they could just colour over the problematic hair with a colour of the same level that also happened to pack a lot more of a punch.

I don't get my ends chopped off at all as I wanna grow it back out to just below shoulder level like me ma used to have it at, so we also agreed to just trim the edges to get all the wispy bits off, but I also learned that Mark was also a barber and they were able to take care of my undercut - so they did just that and did an absolutely smashing job at it.

As a first time customer, I was also blown away at how boss the service was. I was taken care of with attention, detail and was even offered a bevvy. all in all, for the price I paid, it was absolutely worth it a billion times over. of course, you're gonna pay city centre tax compared to out of town salons but these folks know exactly what they're doing!!!

The next time I need to keep me colour job up, I will be returning here and asking for the exact same colourist. They did such a great job with me hair that I won't go anywhere else, now!!! 💯💯💯
