TONI&GUY Allerton Road

I missed my haircut so I looked like a clown! I got my usual 9.7/10 until I witnessed the grand reveal of the back of my head with the mirror! My mark leapt upto a 9.8! Belter!!!!

Last minute booking yesterday resulted in me find a great young hairdresser; Erin.
Delighted with my excellent cut
And enjoyed the conversation ?

This was my first visit to this branch. I requested for appointment & got one at a convenient time. Gemma is an amazing person. She did an excellent job. I was very pleased with my haircut.

Jenny is an excellent hairdressers. Listens to me and cuts it the waybi like it.

Hair cut was quite amateurish for the price. My regular hair salon treats customers as if they are important part of their work. Here you feel as if you're just there for them to make money. I asked for a choppy textured cut and came away with a blunt Bob. I asked for it to be softened a bit but it didn't make much difference. Was asked if I wanted a drink - I asked for a coffee - instead I got a tea from a grumpy assistant who didn't speak. Massage chair not working - or at least not offered. Part of bracket from a broken tv still hanging on wall; whole interior needs some tlc.

As fantastic as always.

Gemma was brilliant as usual! Always understands what I want and does an amazing cut.

Can not fault anything about this place. Very friendly. Great style. My son had his prom haircut done today and was thrilled with it.

I came to this salon after having a disaster with a previous hairdresser - will always regret not sticking to my favourite hairdressers, I've never had a bad experience with Toni & Guy & have been to a few salons. Anyway I had Hannah as my hairdresser & I'm so thankful I did! She did exactly what I asked for & was absolutely lovely. You pay a little more at Toni & Guy but it's always worth the extra because you get what you want, are provided with amazing service & the staff are all fab! Will not be going anywhere else from now on! Please pass this onto Hannah as she deserves to be praised for her amazing hairdressing skills!

I have been coming here for years now. After many trips around various salons (and after slowly losing my faith and not trusting anyone with my hair!) I found Toni&Guy Allerton and would never go any where else now! I trust Bobbi and Phil implicitly with the colouring and styling of my hair and all of the other girls who work there are so friendly and chatty and helpful. Love it here! Seriously recommend!

Saturday 10th June - ~ 1.30pm
Waited 5-10 mins to be seated (which is fine) & then taken to a chair/area which hadn't been cleaned/cleared from previous client. The half empty cup was still on the shelf, along with wet towel. There was cut hair from previous client on chair, shelf & floor. The assistant gave it a quick clean but it wasn't enough. I had hair on my trousers & every time I picked my bag off the floor to get something out of it then I would get hair on my knees again.
The staff are lovely but please step up the cleanliness.

Always pleased with the results of my visits to Toni &Guy. Jess and Jenny (aka Team McDonald) are amazing. It's why I keep returning! Must mention Lauren too, a lovely young woman who is always pleasant and does a great job at the backwash. Can't fault the care and service.

Fantastic stylist (Erin). Very professional and friendly. Service provided would be much better if the massage chairs at the back wash actually worked (basically might as well delete the word massage as it doesn't describe them at all). For the fee charged you'd expect everything to work!

Erin had been cutting my hair for years and I've always been pleased with it. She's a top stylist!

I travel over from the Wirral especially to have my hair cut by Sonia , she is an excellent stylist and the girls who work there are very friendly and professional .

Erin is a very capable and confident stylist and I have not used anyone else to do my hair for the last three years since I started attending Tony and guy.

There is not one member of the team at Allerton Road that I could say anything negative about. They all make you feel welcome.

Scarlet did a brilliant job colouring my hair yet again. She understands what you ask of her and the result is excellent. I followed her from another salon and appreciate that she is always punctual

Since my cut & blow on Wednesday numerous people have complimented me on my hair. The cut is fabulous & my visit to the salon was extremely relaxing & throughly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this salon.

Simple wash and blow on very short hair £27 was in the salon for no longer than 15 minutes

Great overall experience. Customers are well looked after & the stylists do quality cuts.

I have had my hair done on a regular basis at T&G and it's a lovely relaxing experience. Before I started going here I was very nervous having my hair done following a couple of bad hair cuts at different salons but thanks to the quality and welcome of the staff there, I now enjoy my visits. Hannah is a star and I always feel special when she does my hair as it always looks great. What more can I say.

Very helpful and professional service given by conscientious staff member who is a credit to her profession.
