Had a fab appointment on Saturday morning with Sian B for my cut and blow dry. Sian cut my hair exactly how I liked and blow dried it with some nice loose waves. Hair feels much healthier and stronger now with regular trims and hair care advice from Sian! Thank you! :)

Elena was amazing!! I hadn’t been to a salon in a long time and was scared that too much length would be cut off but she cut off exactly the amount I wanted and did a great job! I love how my hair turned out and I’ll be visiting again.

Great first experience at this salon. So welcoming and such a lovely atmosphere I've never felt so relaxed. Sian took the time to really listen whilst i explained how i wanted my cut, and explained what she was doing throughout the process making sure i was happy with everything. I loved the end result i felt like me again. I was offered drinks throughout my time there, which was also so nice. I have been struggling to find a salon that I feel 100% happy with, but im glad to say i will be staying at Micheal Franks. Thanks so much x

I can not recommend this salon enough. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and very professional. The lovely Andrew washed my hair, and left me feeling relaxed and my hair knot free (which is unusual for me).
Thomas cut my hair perfectly, listened to what I wanted, kept checking and advised what would work best for me/my lifestyle.
He finished my hair with a wavey finish, which is still holding perfectly at day 2 (other salons waves have fell out within hours).
I will definitely be back

On arrival made to feel at ease
The young man who washed my hair was very friendly and gave the most amazing scalp nassage.
Sian talked me through step ny step what she was doing.
Lovely friendly young lady and im so pleased with my hair.

I hadn’t had my hair cut for almost 18 months, so I really needed one. My hair was waist-length and had become more difficult to manage. It mainly needed trimming and thinning out.
Callum was very attentive and took the time to talk through what I wanted and what my options were before cutting my hair. Its condition and style was transformed! He even put a lovely wave in my hair. I’m very happy with the result and overall service.
I also liked that I could buy one of products used to treat my hair. It’s like having a souvenir! I also got a good student discount.

Michael is exceptional, he understands what I’m asking for perfectly even if I am talking nonsense. My hair is beautiful every time I see him and I walk out feeling amazing. He cares about the condition my hair is in and keeps checking in about my routine to make sure whatever he is doing is going to fit in with my lifestyle and the amount of time I want to spend on my hair at home. He’s an absolute hair genius.
