I let a friend absolutely butcher my hair and had been really nervous about how it was going to be fixed without looking even worse but bit the bullet and went to see Thomas when I was in Liverpool. Absolutely perfect hairdresser experience - he put me totally at ease, commiserated with me about my awful haircut, put me totally at ease and talked me through every stage of the rescue mission to make sure I was happy. Came out feeling a million times better - a perfect salon experience. Wish I was local so I could come back again!

There’s an awful lot of very good hair stylists in Liverpool, an equal amount of talent, and to be fair I’m sure their clients are more than satisfied, but there is only ONE Anthony ! He has the presence, the gift, the talent, the sincere desire to please and to make his clients feel like a million dollars! He cares, he commits, he has a passion the likes of which makes him very special and super good at what he does, so I’m an thankful and extremely lucky to have him style my hair, care for my hair, moreover have him do my hair in a way that makes me feel super good, thank you Anthony, and what a great guy. This salon is richer for having him on their team.

I am usually pretty nervous when going to the hairdresser but Thomas was lovely, very bubbly and put me at ease. He was great at checking in with me to make sure I was happy with what he was doing at each stage. I absolutely love the end result!!

1000% recommend! Thomas did such an amazing job - I absolutely love my new hair! I was lucky enough to get an appointment last minute on a Friday evening. He was so friendly and I really enjoyed chatting to him. Such a professional and worked a miracle in a very short space of time without feeling rushed at all! Feel a million bucks! Much happier with my colour - seemed fairly simple to correct. The previously quite brash areas of balayage now look much more natural and blended with colours in the rest of my hair

I love the way Callum cuts my hair. He’s always really careful to ask what I want and if I’m happy with my cut- but he knows my hair do well that I also trust that whatever he suggests will be brilliant! I have been visiting Michael Franks salon for years now & wouldn’t go anywhere else! Michael is a true expert and has helped me to achieve a perfect ash blonde which (considering I’m naturally dark brown) has been amazing for me! I am always so happy with my hair leaving this salon . I have visited Micheal Franks salon about 4 times in the last couple of years and I am always very impressed with the skillset of the hairdressers that work here. Before coming to this salon, I have been used to hairdressers telling me what I am asking for is not possible, but the stylists at Micheal Franks have delivered on what I have requested every time and it’s usually a fairly big transition. The condition of my hair has never been compromised at this salon either. My most recent appointment was with Callum, who gave me a root tint, a subtle trim and lightened my balayage to an ashy blonde ombré. I have been so pleased with it. Callum if you are reading this, I love my hair!!
