This is the best hair salon in Liverpool bar none - beautiful view of the Albert dock and excellent stylists. Siân really is super talented and a very genuine and friendly lady. It is also great value for money

100% recommend...cute salon with nice vibes. Not being funny but the bouncy blow is still in my hair a week later so can't ask for more!

Chloe did my hair today. She's a lovely girl, very chatty and knowledgeable.
I think if a few of the other stylists there smiled a bit more like Chloe does, it would be a much better experience. While I was sat waiting, I smiled at two stylists as they walked past me, they never smiled back and just looked right through me. Not very good at all, and doesn't give a very good impression of the salon!!
Bear in mind, this is not a cheap salon, so a smile here and there goes a very long way, whichever profession you're in.
Only for Chloe I would be giving the atmosphere 1 star.
Come on Michael sort these miserable staff out!!

After showing a photo of my previous cut (a very light fringe) and saying I want exactly the same he cut a really heavy fringe (half way back my head) which looks bad as well as not being at all what I asked for, and am upset that this will take around a year to fully grow out and sort when all I came in for was a fringe trim.

Callum has been cutting my hair for the last 12 months and he is so good at what he does. I am always made to feel very welcome and I am always very happy with the way he cuts my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pixie cut x

As a person who is anxious around hairdressers and maybe intimidated, Chloe explained everything to me and answered all of the questions calmly and clearly. Tightened my weave, and did a good job! However was rang and Gaslit into blow dry which turned into an ‘express blow dry’, left with damp hair, stylist was lovely but overall disappointing.

We usually offer the client the choice between having a blow dry with the refit, or they can come in with clean dry hair if it is just the refit that is required. I can only apologise that this was not offered in this case, and we will look into this further.
