I’ve been coming to Callum for a few years now and to the salon for the past 6 years. I was so devastated when my hair started going grey but my hair is now the healthiest its ever looked and the colour is so natural! I used to hate going to get my hair done now its one of my favourite things to so for me! So thank you

To be honest , my blow dry was awful. The underneath wasn’t even blown properly. I came home and re did it again .A complete waste of money …..

I have been assured that you were asked if you were happy with everything during your visit by your stylist, and again with our front of host, as I do understand it is not always easy to tell the stylist. Your answer at this time was yes so we had thought that you were happy when leaving after your service. We would always prefer to correct anything at the time and would be more than happy to get another stylist to finish the service, if you felt that it wasn't a good match with the stylist that you had booked.
Please be assured that you were not booked in with a student hairdresser. Unfortunately on this occasion it may not have been a good match.

A great visit to the salon, if I lived in Liverpool I’d love to be a regular customer - sadly I’m based in London. I was fitted in as a drop in, and everyone was so friendly and relaxed..Jen is great , I was really pleased with the cut the finish. I went for my usual appointment with a problem- I loved the colour, but also feel much more myself when my hair is shorter…. Which would mean cutting out some colour! As always Callum came up with perfect solution- I love the longer top and fringe is great- but wonderfully short on sides and back! Plus the deep purple toner is gorgeous! Many thanks 😁

Stylist was very kind with me. I misunderstood booking for fringe trim and that would be a bang cut but even though I booked the wrong appointment, the hairdresser still accommodated me and I wasn’t inconvenienced.

I am very upset with my haircut. I went in for a wash cut and blow dry. once I got home there was a piece of my hair that was a lot longer than the rest of my head which I had to cut myself. I also asked for face framing layers but got layers all around my head. The layers i got in the front are uneven, when measuring the strands there is an obvious difference in the lengths. It just doesn’t look like I have layers, there’s not really a blend to them it’s just like chunk of hair. I’m upset with the actual haircut itself however the service was good, I did get there 10 mins late and they were accommodating.
