The staff at Michael franks are always so friendly and accommodating. Jen did my hair today and she was super nice, as well as delivering what I wanted for my hair, thanks again!! :)
Sian is both gentle and professional. Since Sian has cut my hair, it has been both stylish and very easy to maintain. I am, once again, very pleased and would not go anywhere else.
Amazing Anthony hairstyles everytime! I get bored with my hair style. Anthony takes time to listen to me and debate with meš so I get the best hairstyle everytime I visit. I value his expertise and always feel amazing when I leave the salon.

Stylist was very kind with me. I misunderstood booking for fringe trim and that would be a bang cut but even though I booked the wrong appointment, the hairdresser still accommodated me and I wasnāt inconvenienced.

I am very upset with my haircut. I went in for a wash cut and blow dry. once I got home there was a piece of my hair that was a lot longer than the rest of my head which I had to cut myself. I also asked for face framing layers but got layers all around my head. The layers i got in the front are uneven, when measuring the strands there is an obvious difference in the lengths. It just doesnāt look like I have layers, thereās not really a blend to them itās just like chunk of hair. Iām upset with the actual haircut itself however the service was good, I did get there 10 mins late and they were accommodating.
Hi, we are really sorry to hear your upset with your haircut, sometimes it can feel awkward to tell the stylist that you are unhappy with your hair whilst at the appointment however it is great to see you were happy with the service that you received during your visit.

Callus has been doing my hair for more than seven years now. He is amazing, he has mastered his craft, a true artist. The staff are lovely so very welcoming, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended .

Iāve been going to chloe for a few months for a blow dry and a cut and itās never looked better! also since using products chloe recommended itās looked and felt so much healthier and sheās always so lovely and welcoming and very knowledgeable and gives great advice and styling tips! my mum also gets her hair coloured and cut by chloe and she loves it we always have such a good experience and are always so over the moon and we always feel so confident all thanks to chloe! would definitely recommend š

Callum is best, after moving from Leicester for 5 years I couldn't get to have the hair cut exactly I wanted. I was missing Jenny my hairdresser from Leicester. Today for the first time I had my hair cut with Callum and he did how exactly I wanted , 100% perfect, I am so happy I found my hairdresser in Liverpool finally. I came for a wash and cut and was really disappointed. We agreed that we would cut an inch off while wet and then once styled if I wanted any more off then we could do it then. I could see the hair falling on my lap which was 3/4 inches long, when it was straightened the length wasnāt even mentioned because it was clear it was way shorter than we discussed. We agreed we would wave my hair and once I left the salon it dropped within 5 minutes, Iām so glad that I wasnāt getting it styled for an occasion because I was absolutely gutted with the result. Itās very intimidating to say this in the salon, especially when the hair has already been cut too short and there is nothing that can be done.
